Day 13- Call Me Daddy

Day 13 of my 40 day challenge to post a short unedited clip of a late 30 something, coeliac, type 2 diabetic, living in Sydney, Australia.
After listening to the latest episode of Call Me Daddy, with guest speaker Gwyneth Paltrow, I reflected on my own path to finding purpose. I also considered how my health journey over the last 6+ months, in addition to aging, has changed my own thought processes about self and life.
