Absolutely best audio of all bf titles, and the combat actually felt pretty balanced now that I've played newer battlefield titles, where did it go wrong, and how could it have gone so wrong, I remember playing bc2 demo everyday before it came out, so fun and amazing graphics even to this day with over contrast and particles and stuff.
It was definitely the best one ever, the new ones are rubbish way too fast, and the characters have extra big heads, the tanks move way too fast, but this game, was a slower more realistic pace, with well perportioned characters

Close your eyes and listen to the sound design of the tank. Just the sounds can paint a good picture in your head only using ambience and soldier chatter/communications.
I played the crap out of this game back in 2010/11. Not sure how many days(weeks) I sunk into it, but I still consider it to be the best of all of the Battlefield games, followed by BC2: Vietnam and Battlefield 3. This video brings back many good memories of squadding up with friends and playing until some ungodly hour in the morning. Miss those gaming days ....

Felt so powerful to launch the shells into a building as well. The sounds is what makes all these things feel so powerful in this game. Bf3 and bf4 didn't have the same punch and amazing sound effects
Bad Company is now 10 years old and it aged very well. Still the best Battlefield in my opinion. I‘ve been playing for 10 years and I‘ll play it as long as the servers are online! Bad Company 4 life!
bad company 3 Korea. the setting Korea (sept 1950- Oct 1951) so many possibilities, beginning of the jet age, Cold War. and hasn’t been beaten to death like everything else.

I can't quite describe it.. it was like a light lingering clean rubber fragrance that was coming off the grenade very strong even over time put against your nose you can still enjoy it. It's like how they say "I love the smell of napalm", but this was it's own unique scent. They gave it out with in store purchase while supplies lasted.
Best battlefield. Dice should have made another one of these instead of BF V to split between BF 1 and BF V but they don't listen to people. Only thing they need to improve is like when a tank or grenade launcher shoots near a person - should be instant death instead of a hit marker. These are the best battles but DICE got lazy. spend too much time making pretty buildings instead of designing maps for various game modes like rush.
Heck I would be happy if they made a new game with updated graphics and skipped all the fancy buildings. Fun as crap just to have the plain old buildings we had in BFBC2.
Probably most of the people who made BFBC2 are not even working for DICE. Speaking of the sounds I even enjoyed the voice acting during the multiplayer - made me laugh at times.
sick map i loved playing there. You would get tons of action fighting building to building and tanks behind you shooting down the houses. Everything in this game was balanced and PERDECT. no bugs from what i remember. being a sniper was the shit. gun wouldn’t sway and you could basically go fucking rambo with the c4 and a pistol and a quad
@@DraKulisCinematicGaming you only needed a few seconds to change your perks and weaponry. The higher you were(lvl) the more you got. You had a choice of primaries by scrolling up/down, secondary also. By choosing your kit you got different kind of gadgets (medkit, supplies, RPG ...) and only 3 specifications. All easy to choose, not necessary to stay for hours in the menu. (and no skins at all) The unlock of all those gadgets and weapons were done by reaching lvl.25 - if I remember right. Highest lvl. was 50. No need to extend it, cause this game was pure fun to play. With BF3, BF4, BF1, BFV it's getting to complicated IMO, there is more attention for skins and graphical useless for a FPS. You can't see yourself in a FPS - why those skins? ... and only a few words about the accuracy. This game has real bullet-drop. Not as it is right now. Even with the 3D spotting it wasn't that easy to hit someone in the distance. The sounds were much better. Less stumbling over stones. Graphics were perfect - cause why do I need a wobbling daisy on the fields .. ? ... and this were the three dots behind my 5 words ;-)
This and BF4 are my favorites of them all, loved playing them on my XBOX 360 but I moved to PC, are you playing in Origin or the Steam version? Sorry the noob question but wanna play with people (Don't know if they use the same server lol)

agree 100%, these rush games were so visceral and you had a real sense of progression as you moved through each map
3 is technically better but bfbc2 was hands down the funnest

What made Bfbc2 great wasn't the details , it was the sound , grotesque destruction , weapons having proper weight
