By the grace of God, I stumbled, unexpectantly, upon your inspired lesson. Thank you Pastor Mike for reminding us of this Biblical perspective.... that we do not need to fear death because of the work that Jesus did on the cross. How I long to be in His presence but until He calls me home may I be faithful to be about His business. I have work to do !! And that is a glorious thought indeed !

I enjoy this ministry, however, I think it is rather harsh and misleading to equate feeling fear and even giving into it to being "in league with" satan. Faith in Christ is the antecdote, yes. I disagree with the notion that because I'm an imperfect creature and have feared many times that I'm part of satan's gang.
It’s truth no matter how harsh and misleading you feel it is. That’s is strictly feelings. Fear is of the devil not of the Almighty. It’s how you respond to the fear. Do you go to Christ for peace or do you let the fear control you?
