In this video, I'm going to a Japanese supermarket and stock up on groceries for two easy and yummy weeknight meals. I simply love quick and easy and satisfying dinner recipes, so I wanted to try these out. One is lemon shrimp pasta and the other is mapo daikon, a twist on the better known mapo tofu. Japanese food is so versatile. 😊
