Volvo dealers here in Northern Germany are trying to sell this Volvo EX30 with good prices. But I don't know Tesla Model 3 Highland or Volvo EX30 🤷♂️?
A great review Anna but the lack of buttons is a big minus for me. The other week during a cold spell my cars screen had a mardy moment and would not work fortunately my physical buttons did so I could de-ice the car. OK I'm a bit of a nerd and read somewhere that you can re-boot the screen and I did just that and it all popped into life and all was good. This was the 1st time in 5 years owning the car that the screen locked so not an issue on this occasion as I'm a nerd. Not everyone knows how to reboot a screen so this could pose a real issue to some as the reboot might not be in the manual (assuming you have it to hand). Assuming that you have a screen power button (this was a touch button in my case) just hold it for a bunch of seconds and it 'might' reboot. Brilliant production and editing as always, many thanks for sharing.
I bought this car 9 months ago in the same trim and I have done almost 10000 km. I agree 99% of what Anna said in the video. I did not see the Frunk that is small but big enough to house the cable and leave your booth at 318 liters. Great review Anna. I subscribed immediately. ciao
Pretty shocked Volvo has adopted a Tesla like interior aesthetic some many believe minimalistic to a fault. To me, the interior is fugly. Looking good Anna.
One of those days, but it ended with Anna, so that's cool. That interior is so minimalist, so Tesla, you're right in saying it should have a center display, for basic info, speed, battery, etc .🙏
Anna ,You’ve driven so many EV’s you rank this one very high interesting. i’ve only driven a few. I have to be honest. I love the Rivian, but they all have the same set up. Basically looks like an iPad in the middle of the dashboard.
Hi Gus, I haven't driven the Rivian yet, it's very limited in Europe. I do like its looks though. But this one, the EX30, is truly one of the best EVs. Volvo has done so well here.
@ hi Anna with all the problems Nissans having they’re saying they’re going bankrupt .Volvo put so much money and effort into the EV’s and they’re not selling what happens in a couple years to these auto companies. Fords having problems selling anything right now with their prices and their EV’s are not selling. I read that article in a daily mail today about Nissan. It’s disturbing to think about the future of the car industry.
@@tampaguy6370You have to remember that Volvo is now owned by the Geely group & they are Chinese & which country is dominating EV production at the moment? It's hardly surprising then that Volvo are themselves steering towards the predominantly EV direction, whether of their own choice or forced by their parent company, who knows 🤔

I have said in the past i am not a fan of electric cars,the Volvo looks pretty and with a excellent spec ,i think it will be a good city car but costly for a city type vehicle 😊

The complaints that I have heard about is that Volvo are hanging after with updating the infotainment system. Something that really bothers people that even has bought the car not only Leasing it.
Nice review, but you wouldn't sell me one. £43000 ?? Tiny boot... very bland interior.. I don't like the lack of buttons for control of radio etc. the ipad layout is such a distraction when driving on the road.
Thank you Oliver ❤ I think some people might like that actually. BUT, I also think Volvo has overdone it a bit. I feel a bit more softness in the cabin is needed to feel more lush, a bit more luxe. But that's just my personal preference.

Nice from the outside, But much too bland for me inside. No interior if you ask me, give me buttons and knobs all day long as apposed to just a steering wheel and an Ipad. Not for me personally. Great video Anna.
Hmm, Chinese are coming in strong, but I haven't had a great experience so far. I still think Western brands are far superior. Maybe that's down to my experience so far. And I get it, cars are built in China, but supervised by Sweden, Germany etc. and that often makes a huge difference. This is one of the BEST EVs I have driven so far. I really liked Hyundai IONIQ 5 and Kia EV6 but these cars have aged slightly, albeit still very well. I think this car just works so well.

Unlike EU market, Chinese cars are imported here into Australia duty free [VERY sadly our last 3x car manufacturers all ceased manufacture here, so no tariffs needed] its now open slather, wild west market, a month does not pass that a new brand does not appear, the Chinese made is already 3rd largest exporter here, after Japan and Thailand, sadly due to AUS being RHD we do not get the premium brand or models [yet] i go to China, seen them, they are stunning, next generation vehicles, AUS has become the test bed for the Chinese, is it no wonder USA and EU want to stop them, many thanks and keep up the great work!
Sleek exterior and nice interior, material & color palette. But it being an EV, no speedometer behind the steering wheel and nearly all control on the screen 👎🏻
@AnnaOnRoads true, with the recent trend I've been reading is that EVs are losing steam and customers prefer hybrid option more so they dont have mileage anxiety.
After the beautiful sound 🎶 of Mercedes straight 6 cyl engine then this 🤢🤮more ICE cars please, EV sales are across the EU have stalled, Ford VW etc shutting factories, the public don’t want them, 18% sales in first 10 months, below the 22% required, more reviews of the 80%+ that are selling thanks.

Above where the reading lights are Volvo have put a demister button and the hazards for exactly that reason. With also sos and Volvo assistance.
