Hadrien is just amazing 🔥 🥵 🙌🏾
I'm very happy that this instrument is being played and it's not just a museum piece❤
And of course the blessing is that you are playing that bass❤ thank you Hadrian
Seen HF live twice; with Scott Kinsey quarter & Hiromi Sonicwonderlandband. He really plays bass + real treat to hear him playing Jacos bass. Thanks for posting!

Greg Spero on piano!
che pere!
Oh hell that's some mean bass work. Hadrien strikes again with amonster of a performance.
Sounds so good and very French!
Is this Jaco's own guitar? How come it's so sleek looking after what it's been through?
What's the story behind it?
in 1985 Jaco smashed the guitar at the end of an argument by throwing it down a flight of stairs. The body was broken into several pieces and the headstock was damaged too. Jaco brought it to his luthier Kevin Kaufman and they decided to put it back together, fixing the major body damage and adding a maple top to hold the several pieces together. As well as fixing the headstock, they decided the Bass of Doom should be refinished. Jaco got the reassembled bass back and used it for a few months before it was stolen from him. Unfortunately, Jaco died before the bass was recovered and it wouldn't be found until about 20 years later. If I understand it correctly, Hadrien bought it from Jaco's family.
si papa viva la patria
Busy busy busy all busy at once Undeniably impressive reworking of Led Zep's Whole Lotta Love riff but less is more in my humble opinion. I'd love to hear a Rick Rubin remix!
This is a rework of Joni Mitchell's Black Crow. Jaco originally played bass on that track.
But it’s amazing how much it sounds like whole lotta love, which isn’t what you think when you listen to black crow. And Martin I’m with you, I love the playing and the tones, but a bit of breathing space would make it something to listen to many times, rather than once to marvel at the playing.
Fast.
+2.3 loudness penalty for you.
No this is not what i expected, it lost all feeling and became a technical exercise.
