Hi, I have same adapter like that from where you took transformer and in that around zener diode area it is burned there is one IC can you tell me what number that is and other component near to that

Check wire of output section diode or mosfet ya transistor bhi check krain agar us pay reading aiy to wo theek hain agar beep sound hai to wo components short hain
