Nerin George ... You are incorrect ... the Olde Testament contains the 613 Laws and Commands called the "Constitution Written in Heaven". JeZEUS abolished all of them! The Lunar Sabbath is in the Olde Testament yet JeZEUS said pick your own Sabbath. The Olde Testament says not to swear falsely in God's Name (what is His Name?) while the JeZEUS testament says: "let your yay be yea and your neigh be neigh" thereby inferring we are all gods! Like, where in the Bible is "Easter"? It ain't there! When is the Scriptural New Year, January 1st on the pagan papal calendar? Clocks do not tick at the same rate everywhere in the universe. Two events that started at the same time may not age at the same rate. (Remember the "twins paradox"?) God stretched out the universe on the fourth day of the creation week. That is recorded history. A galaxy far, far away could be created 6000 years ago, by Earth time, and could be 10 billion years old by its local clock. Alternatively, it could be as you said, "the universe ... was created to appear very old."
Now you have two explanations for old galaxies. It's not as if valid explanations don't exist. They do.

If truth is paramount, then we have to account for what the multiple sciences are showing us - independently. We know the age of the universe and of Earth based on not merely the paleontology, or excavation of old things, but also from chemistry and the way various elements interact with each other. That gives us the age of the planet very concretely, but the evidence does not stop there. On top of that we have astronomy, the science of light and Eisenstein's theory of relativity that describes not only the motion of the very large heavenly bodies and entire constellations, but also their distance and age. These are all independent scientific endeavors that have converged to show that universe is about 13.8 billion years old.
You're free to point out mistakes in every single of those scientific fields, or disregard all the evidence against young Earth, but only by abandoning the pursuit of truth. And Christianity is based on truth alone. Truth is one. Only the truth will set us free.

If you don't study all the holes in evolutionary claims from geology to carbon 14 dating, to there existing no real proof of macro evolutionary theories, you can never perceive the totality of evidence of what you term paramount truth. Yes, the discoveries in creationism make it that simple to account for a functioning paradigm of the reality of a young earth as acceptable along with believing the Bible offers the proper guidance in life with what it does state concerning the subject.

This “one man” Paul refers to is Adam, as Romans 5:14 makes clear. Scripture presents that it was Adam, not Eve, who sinned against God and brought alienation from God and death to all mankind. Adam tried to blame Eve, indirectly (Genesis 3:12), but Adam is the one credited with sin’s entrance into the world.
There are several reasons why Adam is to blame for the fall of humanity. Adam was created first, and his wife was created to be a “suitable helper” (Genesis 2:18, BSB). God held Adam responsible for his family, as seen in the fact that God sought out Adam specifically (Genesis 3:9). Also, in His conversation with Adam and Eve, God questioned Adam first (Genesis 3:9-13), even though Eve sinned before Adam. Adam, as the leader of the family, was held responsible for what happened in his family.
Also, the original command to not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was given to Adam, before Eve was created (Genesis 2:17). Eve knew of the restriction (Genesis 3:2-3)-Adam had obviously informed her-but it was Adam who heard it straight from God’s mouth.
In 1 Timothy 2:14, Paul makes a subtle distinction between the sin of Adam from the sin of Eve: “Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.” Eve fell into sin because of a deception; however, Adam was not deceived, which means he chose to sin. When Adam took the fruit from his wife, he knew full well what he was doing. He was not misinformed or misled; he simply decided to rebel against God’s command. He chose to listen to his wife instead of to God (Genesis 3:17).
The New Testament teaches that, as the first man, Adam represented all mankind. He was the head of the human race, and “everyone dies because we all belong to Adam” (1 Corinthians 15:22, NLT). The suffering and death that resulted from Adam’s sin emphasizes our need for a Savior-whom Scripture refers to as the “last Adam” (1 Corinthians 15:45). That title for Christ, and the multiple comparisons of Adam to Christ, would make no sense if original sin had come through Eve.
Although Eve was the first to sin, the solution to sin came through “her Seed” (Genesis 3:15, NKJV). The Seed, Jesus Christ, was born of a virgin named Mary (Matthew 1:18-25). He paid the price for sin and will redeem those who receive the salvation He offers (John 3:16). So, just as sin and death came through one man, Adam, it is also through one man, Jesus Christ, that grace and righteousness are given as free gifts to believing sinners. Through Adam we received a curse, but through Jesus we receive a blessing.

3:24 note: paul wrote "through one man sin ENTERED INTO THE WORLD..." not "through one man sin ENTERED INTO EVERY HUMAN BEING." this doctrine of human depravity is debunked by jesus when he said that heaven is made for children. if man was born with sin, then heaven cannot be for babies.
sin is compared to leaven-it will EVENTUALLY leaven the whole good lump of dough. that is what paul wrote: adam and eve allowed sin to enter into the world. as a baker introduce leaven into a good lump of bread.
god made man in his own image and likeness. because he is love, he chose to give man free will-the freedom to choose to love him or reject him. but being finite, not all wise, not all knowing, man is prone to make wrong choices, prone to being deceived. god knows this and already had a solution from the foundation of the world-jesus.

For example Mongol DNA showing up in Europe at the same timeframe that the Mongol invasion of Europe took place.
He has written the studies and books, even some evolutionary based scientist have done critical review of his work and fully admit they cannot refute it. His videos are on you tube. His work is continuing and there will be more discoveries as more is learned but so far it supports DNA from three lines (Shem, Ham, & Japheth) descended from Noah around 4K yrs ago.
He has the knowledge & education in the field and again nobody has been able to refute his work albeit some try to discredit it by using other data or studies and conveniently omitting the parts that support his work & nullify their positions. God said in OT that the children are not held accountable for parents sins and, parents are not held accountable for their children's sins. That was said after Israelites complained about bearing the punishments of their parents sins. So, in my thinking, this holds true where Adam and all his descendants are concerned. What we did gain from Adam and Eve was the sin nature. We have that same sin nature because scripture states Adam fathered children after his likeness. And his nature went from Godly nature to a rebellious sinful nature...as did Eve also. This, every generation from Adam and Eve is in the likeness of Adam and Eve after they fell from grace and gained for themselves, as well as us, a sinfully, rebellious nature and separated from God our Creator. The reason Christ had to come and bare our sins is, I think, 2 fold. 1, to bare the punishment of our sins and 2, so that we might regain that godly nature that was lost. Our righteousness is not ours but is Christ's righteousness applied to us once we accept Jesus as our Saviour. Thus, thru and in Christ we will be with God forever as well as be made perfect as Christ is perfect in every way. God desired to save us from our wretched selves and have us to be with Him forever. So, we don't bare Adams sin in and of itself but, we bare his likeness in that we have that sinful nature that he gained for himself and, ultimately, for us as well seeing that we are his descendants and are born after his likeness.

mormon doctrine is led by their 'prophet' Joseph Smith who appeared on the scene almost 2000 years after Christ, and the warning Jesus gave of many false prophets coming.
"For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." Matthew 24:24
We are told by Paul, that any man or angel(in your case, moroni) bringing any other gospel is accursed. Which is just what happened in the 1800's.
"But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed." Galatians 1:8
meaning the old and new testament, also paul's words, hold more weight than the book of mormon.
Here's a great biblical rebuttal to celestial, polygamous marriage.
"For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven."
God the father, being a spirit father of all of us people. Incorrect. He has begotten only one, and that is Jesus.
“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.” John 1:18
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Everything Smith and Young developed is extremely suspect. From Nephi to the other various books of 'prophets', to Golden Plates, Doctrines and Covenants, you name it. Many of these are contrary to the true Word of God, and are easily dismissed. Historically, archeologically, and most of all, biblically easily dismissed. God is not double minded having two different Holy Scripture that contradict one another. The book of mormon is not the word of God, as it attempts to be.

NO......THE CREATION STORY IN THE BOOK OF GENISIS , IS A STORY TO DESCRIBE HOW WE ARE SO TROUBLED AND SINFUL.
GOD WAS NOT GIVING MOSES THE POINT TO POINT IN EVERY DETAIL RUNDOWN OF HIS CREATION......THIS IS CHILDISH .

I have an idea that the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was probably a mind altering substance that gave them full awareness of fleshly pleasures and comfort, making them always want to pursue pleasure, and the fruit compromised their perfect DNA, causing the beginning of the chain of mutations. The fruit of the tree of life might have protected DNA from deterioration, while also aiding in oxygen uptake and transport to tissues, including the brain. That's what I've been thinking about lately.

Using the Bible to prove the Bible is perfectly valid. Also, the Bible describes many things outside the Bible. We have merely to check and see if any of these things are true or false.

Evolution process is extremely slow. It's the sum of tiny DNA changes over 100s of thousands of generations. Asking the question "Who was the first human in the evolutionary process?" has no answer, just like the questions "How old were you when you were growing up?", or "Who was the first person to fully speak French?", have no answers.

Did you not watch the video? The whole video is about DNA and population genetics. What, specifically, proves the "entire" video incorrect? What, specifically, is proven incorrect? The video claims all sorts of things about genetics that are not controversial, so surely you don't think the _entire_ video is incorrect.

Why do people like you watch such in depth videos? Jesus is the Messiah, he claimed to believe in the flood of Noah and referred to Adam and Eve in the beginning, not an allegory or a metaphor at all, so there had to be an original sin that Christ died for us and rose from the dead, AND the explanations given of creation are not a fallacy, but apparently, you are. Now, go learn some grammar.
