    5:00 Stretch the lower back diagonally up, instead of raising the shoulder, even from the knees. Stretch the inside of the muscles.

    You are very correct and over extend lady’s body to left and destroy the structure of lady is not “acceptable”, you are kind to say “not agree”.
    In the long run, that approach will cause damage of females body health and become a crooked parter.
    Never DO THAT.
