Jibun Techo comes in A5 and B6 Slim. It has monthly and weekly format and this year introduced a monthly and 2 book daily version. Both have built in trackers. Something to think about if you want the B6 Slim check out videos on that brand from Japan.

Thank you so much for clearing up the B6 slim mystery. Every time I've shopped for one, I noticed the measurements were different from seller to seller. I was completely confused

Can you please give the measurements of the final size you decided on?

I love standard size too but the floppiness of TNs drives me a bit batty, lol I am thoroughly a notebook person. But I might be tempted by that Pebble Paper Co notebook… 🤔

I am also in special education! What do you use for work pre planning? I don't like to mix work with personal at all- especially during summer break. We are required to use certain web programs for lesson plans & IEP's but I struggle with the pre planning. I'm living for & loving all your content!

Thank you for your kind words 💜 I use a B6 size, weekly Wonderland 222 for teaching and it's been perfect for me. I have it housed in a de-ringed Filofax Malden.

@@ADHreaDs You have opened up my world in regards to using bound notebooks in other ways. In my case, discs.

I greatly enjoy your videos - especially that you are more functional planning than decor. You've really helped me to find a comfortable planning stye. I've found cutting a B6 to 4.25 width is best for me as well (and I round the corners). I know you love your Hobo Weeks - but have you considered cutting a Half Year B6 to 4.25 and creating your monthly and weekly pages in that, and continuing to use your separate B6 for your daily/journal pages? I think that's what I'll be doing as I like the size of the B6, don't want all the extra printed pages in the Hobo Weeks and LOVE the Stalogy paper. I don't like a lot of tabs either, so I cut some clear acetate to a little taller and use as bookmarks - very flat and easily moved around. There's just something about writing in a Stalogy that reminds me of writing in my diary when I was a little girl! Please keep sharing - you are a wealth of ideas!

Thank you for your kind words. I'm so glad that you find my channel helpful 💜 I agree that there's something special about Stalogy paper. I know I'll be a Stalogy user for life as long as they don't change their paper 😊

Maggie, if you like a 4.25 inch width, may I suggest the B6 slim Cafe Notebook by Nanami Paper? It has white (not ivory/cream) Tomoe river paper with the same small grid as the Hobonichi notebooks, and it’s got the standard B6 height. Each book has 386 pages, and the thin TR paper lets it not be too bulky.

@@lachimiste1 - Thank you! I'm new to notebook style planning and appreciate all the info I can get. Have been through rings and discs and while I like the ability to easily customize, I find them too bulky/cumbersome to write in. TN's were a bit better, but didn't' care for printing on regular copy paper. Have loved journaling since I received my first "One Year Diary" with a lock and key!!! And while I'll paste in print outs of my monthly calendars, there is nothing like handwriting . . . especially when you find that magickal pen that fits your hand and has the perfect feel of ink going onto the page!

I love that you are using B6 slim… it’s my favorite size. I learned this year that there are two standards for B6 slim I was so frustrated by them. I’ve always considered it 4.25”x7” because that’s a true Slimmed down B6.

It's confusing, for sure. I'm used to planner sizes being the same across the board. I guess B6 slim is the wild card 😅
