I was unfortunate to miss both these events, and, when I looked, they had both rolled off the rewind. I knew I could rely on you, SKH, to record them for us. Like you say, it is such a privilege to see these beauties, mating, laying, hatching, and feeding their babies. Without these cameras it is a world unseen. How blessed we are. Thank you again ❤
Spectacular footage of the live birth and the accompanying captions Lady Hawk!❤️ This is my third season with the adorable Diamond and irrepresible Xavier!! Really pulling for two successful fledges this season 🤞🙏
There I was on the NSW falcon cam scrolling around for a half hour trying to find the approximate time when D laid her egg and meanwhile you had completed a vid of Di laying her egg and X arriving to celebrate (complete with captions, of course)! That'll teach me! Love how Di keeps her eye on Xav--she knows he wants to come closer but he has learned to keep a respectful distance after 8(!) clutches. Happy day down under--thanks, as always, SKH!
I think someone in the beginning of the comments said it all. Thank you so much SK for updating us all of these magnificent birds and their families all around the world!! 🐦 ❤
I know if I wake up at my timezone there will be an egg 😊 Was watching till 12 their time but had to go to bed 😅 Thx for making a video from one of my ❤ falcons💕

@kathleenmccaffery1313, oops, I’m not Lady Hawk - I’m SK Hideaways! Thanks for watching!
What a treat to follow this sweet couple and babies-to-be. My first time meeting them💗 Thank you!

That was the coolest live birth I've seen in a while for Falcon's! The dig's look fresh, as if someone cleaned the box out and put down new stones!
Nice of Diamond to position herself for our best view! Cilla does indeed clean the scrape and refresh the stones every year.
The celebration between them is so beautiful
Congratulations Diamond & Xavier on your 1st egg of the season
Thank you SK from UK for all you do regarding nests around the globe 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Congrats on a new season🎉 Xavier has been more excited about this than Diamond has lol
Thank you SK! I rely on you for my updates on the bird families from around the world ❤ I’m so excited for this one!

I'm surprised this Falcon is laying eggs so late in the season? They usually raise chicks between April & May?.
This nest is in Australia, where spring is starting.
What are you on about our Melbourne ones just started laying as well the same as every year spring hasn't even started yet so how can they be late?
