Find you is the most emotional and meaningful song by Monstax X and there is not a single mbb who does not cries while watching this MV or listening this song And the fact that FIND YOU was the first song MX performed after wonho left 😭
@@marcogennuso They performer Find You with Wonho once (ua-cam.com/video/e7TtpIk3yII/v-deo.html&ab_channel=rosepastabp), then the next day he's gone. We dind't see it coming, the boys was devasted but Starship force them into promotions, it was really painful for all of us
I have been anticipating the day you would react to this MV. I appreciate your honest, vulnerable reaction. I did much the same when I first saw it. Like you said, it's so painfully beautiful. One of Monsta X's many cinematic and musical masterpieces. I truly appreciated the way they used the musicality (or lack thereof) to emphasize certain moments in this - it made it really powerful. As someone else mentioned, their music film, "The Connect" rounds out this storyline, so I hope you will get a chance to react to that too. Thanks for the video!
Thank you so much for watching (and for your patience 😂). I'm so glad I watched this...fun fact, having to edit this was paaaaainful because I kept crying during the whole thing lol!! 😂😂😭
Find You is the prequel to all the videos. -Dramarama -(there is a scene with a Hyungwon with a gun) Shootout - [MUSIC FILM] MONSTA X_ THE CONNECT: D (the song playing in this video is Destroyer) My theory is that Dramarama is the future. as well as each paired story is another parallel universe. I think that Hyungwon becoming a time traveler in this MV created a butterfly effect for the whole group. If You watch the last mv I mentioned, It gives you a bit of more context. I think that universe in the Film and the universe of Find you are the same. In this Universe they are actively trying to search for Hyungwon. Hyungown is lost in space time (that underwater world / train). Follow is From the same album but IDK if it has a story line other than them following/walking the same path together. Fantasia has time elements, they show a clock a lot, but it is very much like follow were more of a direct relation it feels more indirect. From Love Killa, Gambler, Rush Hour, and Love, feel like another story ark completely and no time travel involved.
@@marcogennuso The bullet that I wrote is the title of the video, exactly how it was uploaded. "[MUSIC FILM] MONSTA X_ THE CONNECT: D" you can just copy paste it on to youtube. It is part of the time travel storyline.
Yeah, find you with all of their soft vocals and heartbreaking music video is so much. They really delivered and this is exactly why Hyungwon is doing acting now. I took him putting his head underwater as a nod to the idea of drowning in grief. In answer to your question, they do eventually find him though each of the other videos in this story seem to hint that they took a while to connect again.
Bless your heart 🥺 It is such a beautiful song, this version of it it spread out to suit the MV, but both versions of it are just bittersweet and painfully beautiful. In answer to your question, yes I lost someone, I lost my mother when I was 11 and this MV makes me cry every single time, there is no immunity to it for me. Not only that, but this was on Wonho's last album with Monsta X (they had already recorded All About Luv and we had been getting singles released in anticipation for it's February release and Follow: Find You was just released) and it really felt like such a painful coincidence that the album is quite emotional and has a lot of themes of loss, and then 3 days later he was gone... The fandom has some very deep emotions connected to this song and this era because of it, but it is an incredible album. PS: Monsta X ballads are just gorgeous
I'm so sorry to hear about your mother 🥺 As sad as songs like these are, they at least heal us in a way that pulls our emotions out of us. Releasing that tension is so important, and I feel songs like this do that. It just seems this song/album was a perfect storm but in the worst way. Gives everything so much more weight with that context in mind. I hope you've healed from your loss...I know it'll always hurt, but I hope the worst has passed 🙏🏻❤️

I don't usually comment but this music video really hits with the feels. Thank you for reacting to this song especially, since it personally connects with me. Regarding saying goodbye to your loved ones, It's definitely true. We don't know when would be the last time we speak with those we love. Also don't apologise for pausing, it's completely alright. I hope you have a great day ahead and it would be lovely if you reacted to the fatal love album, you're going to go through multiple emotions with that one. Thank you again!
This is my favorite Monsta X song, and I heard it before watching the MV I think, so I didn't have any idea of the lore behind it. The vocals are beautiful. It is on my playlist of favorites. It is fine that they pause the song for effect in the MV, but when you listen to it in its entirety, it has a different feel, because the song builds in intensity, so it is hard now for me to listen to it in the MV because the pausing changes the feel and I want the song to move. I'm not a full-fledged Monbebe, but I went to see the Monsta X movie with one of my daughters when it came to a nearby city. I was minding my own business but over the next months Jooheon said, "Bias me." He's not "my type" but I couldn't say no, so I got drawn further into Monsta X. I will admit that this MV is hard for me to watch because in 2020 a 29-year-old friend of our family was hit by a police car spinning out of control while responding to a call, when she was a by-stander up on the sidewalk. She's still here, is mostly still "herself" but she's totally paralyzed. So I really can't watch the video very closely at the beginning but can join back in when the Monsta X guys come over to spend the night with Hyungwon because that is hopeful and up-lifting.
Omg that’s such an unfortunate story!! I'm so sorry that happened to your friend!! I have some personal examples I stopped myself from mentioning in this video, but wow...I'm so heartbroken to hear about that. This song is really beautiful and touching...I feel like crying is such a healing response from our bodies, so I'm glad this song (and this group!) does that for me. I'm glad you can still find joy in it, too ❤️🙏🏻
@@marcogennuso I hesitated to say why the MV is so uncomfortable for me, but I know that it addresses something we all go through on some level-- loss and grief, and I'm sure many people resonate with the story of the MV. Thank you for your empathy. Music can provide so much comfort and inspiration. The science geek side of me was fascinated to learn that tears have been proven to be helpful in numerous ways, and there are three kinds of them, including "emotional tears." "Emotional tears help shed these (stress) hormones and other toxins that accumulate during stress. Additional studies also suggest that crying stimulates the production of endorphins, our body’s natural pain killer and “feel-good” hormones.” From an article on-line in "Psychology Today" called "The Health Benefits of Tears." That is just so cool! I appreciate that you allowed yourself to react emotionally to the MV because it could help other people feel free to do that too.
Wow thank you so much for that! Yeah, crying is something I do often, for different reasons of course. I wonder if there's a correlation with laughing? A lot of times ppl think laughing is only fine for something funny, but that's not true at all. We sometimes laugh out if nervousness, disbelief, etc...fascinating stuff! Thank you for appreciating my reaction!! 🙏🏻❤️
So, from the theories I've heard I believe he gets lost in time. Like, he time travels, but the Present Day Hyungwon isn't there and the others try to find him. They pair off in attempts to follow him through the universes (because they each have some type of specialty in terms of trying to find him in time, like math and science, something regarding the arts, etc. But it's been awhile since I've watched the theory videos) and don't always remember him, just that they're missing someone - a piece of them. This song is rough for a lot of Monbebes because it came out right when Wonho left the group and everything happening surrounding him, but it's such incredible storytelling. Another tear-jerker is "All In". It's another story arc, I don't think it's related? But maybe only in terms of a different universe. It's also incredible in terms of story-telling. I'm a sucker for Hyungwon in that one as well. All in all, definitely don't apologize! We're all there crying with you! Our boys are amazing and gifted in their ways of making us relate and feel. I've never lost anyone in a car-relater incident, but I've dealt with my own share of losses in life and they suck each and every time, whether it was expected or not.
Thank you for this Fig!! I'm learning so much haha, especially since I wasn't around for the Wonho departure etc...I love this song, I love this group!
