Meet Lotus: A kitten with Cereballar Hypoplasia

We have a kitten coming to us with cerebellar hypoplasia. Cats with the condition also have a funny-sounding nickname - wobbly cats.
This cat, named Lotus, comes to us from the same rescue organization on Vancouver Island where we got Tumbleweed - another cat with CH. Anyone who has spent time at the Sanctuary probably knows Tumbleweed. He’s the dude who looks like he’s staggering around. The thing is, animals are incredibly resilient and they adapt to whatever gets thrown at them.
Lotus actually has a relatively minor case of CH, so we are looking for a forever home where she will be able to live, with people who accept her as the slightly wobbly and lovable kitty that she is! Lotus is only 7 or 8 weeks old, so she’s ready to take her place in a loving home.
