My husband and I never felt the pressure of Valentines Day, but the anniversary of our first date is on the 16th, and we love doing dates other than dinner and movie.
We usually don’t do much for Valentine’s Day because our wedding anniversary is on the 23rd!
Just spend time with them alone, that’s what they want. The activity isn’t that important.
California needs to get some Aldi stores. But I definitely wanna try the "no power night" idea, seems super fun! It's like double budget friendly too because you'll be saving on your electric bill 👍🏾🤑

I like to buy movies feom redbox for $1-3, or utube rent for $3-5 as a special treat that we know we like. I tried taking turns reading a book chapter together, paint date night,& scrapbook looking- but he wasnt into those. Hes usted to/ preffers eating out- so im trying to get us into sharing a pizza, or chicken wings from safeway deli, or going to church aqauintances for dinner to get to know them.
