To answer JP’s qn about whether period cramps can be similar to the super rabak laosai until cold sweat - yes. I had the latter before ever getting the former. So when i got the former i was confused about what it really was lol. But i figured it out because period cramps, after a while, has a certain pattern that feels like waves. So the beginning feels like that rabak laosai but instead of ending, it forms a continual pattern of pain that helps you to distunguish between the two…not that that knowledge really helps in the moment lmao. There’s also puking but the bright side is that as with most illnesses, it tends to get better after puking. But what you really need is for the painkillers to work asap because otherwise it tends to not stop; unlike food poisoning, etc., your body isn’t trying to purge toxins which results in things settling down after the objective has been reached. Moment of silence for those who are almost immune to painkillers already…
what about sudden weird lightning, electric pain through the anus and up the womb. bloody (excuse my pun), that makes me double over. can pretend to be okay one, although really want to diarrhoea but cannot kinda feeling, but that sudden shooting zzzap.. im sitting on the floor coz damn rabak.
when you got more discharge is usually when you ovulating!!! if you keep track (and if your period regular) you’ll see that it comes always at that certain period of time hahah
Being a woman is not easy. Having to bear body pain, discomfort, blood and discharge every month and yet still have to put on a brave front like nothing painful/uncomfortable is happening to her body, get on with studying/working, pressure, carrying baby weight for 9 months and excruciating pain of delivery. So, guys, give woman more understanding and respect and stop verbal/physical/sexual harassment/abuse and mocking/bad sexual jokes in school, at work and other places.
i have super bad period pains!! i always had to take super strong medicine which is acroxia (strong pain killers)... but still starting to get immune and the pain just builds up over the year. just feels like middle of the night ur leg cramp and hurts like a bitch. tats whaat happen to girls for at least the first day of the period....
