    Hey, very cool! What are the stuff you used to attach the MC707 and TR8?

      Hi mate, check out this video ua-cam.com/video/R7QJ3wH5mro/v-deo.html in it I run through the stand and how it goes together

    Nice jam!
    How do you cope with the 16 steps limit of the TR8S?
    I find the 128 of the 707 limiting quite often already (mostly for melodic parts, but 64 seems to be the minimum for my beats).

    • @2bfrnk
      @2bfrnk  3 роки тому +2

      You can actually have 128 steps per pattern, for each main pattern you can link together 8 16 step sub patterns - from A - H. I prefer the TR8s over the 707 from drums, I find it easier to get what I find to be a decent sounding pattern going.

      @@2bfrnk can you chain them like 3xA 1xB 3x C etc?

    • @2bfrnk
      @2bfrnk  3 роки тому +2

      @@tricks-and-tips No, you can do ABC, ADH, ABCDEFGH etc... and it will cycle through the selection indefinitely, but you cant select a quantity of each pattern for it to play like you can with the clips in the 707. You could do it though if you made say ABC the same pattern, then went to D and then to EFH and made them the same pattern as well - not sure if that makes any sense! 😕

      @@2bfrnk yeah, makes sense. But it does switch automatically from A to B etc?

    • @2bfrnk
      @2bfrnk  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah, it will keep running through what ever order you put them in 👍

    Sounding really good mate, get a bit of reverb on that TD3..👍

    • @2bfrnk

      Maybe a pedal needs to be added!

      @@2bfrnk a nice bit of reverb and delay on the TD3 is sweet.

      @@2bfrnk Or route the audio through the 707 to add reverb that way :)
