Trip to Latvia started with a question from a fan why there wasn’t a Trip to Latvia yet. I started looking into some Latvian music and came across a musician named Haralds Sīmanis. His music got me so inspired, that I drove to the studio that very same evening and put the whole song together then and there!
I tried to get in touch with Haralds to see if he was okay with releasing the track. It was a long search finding him, but I didn’t give up. After loads of investigating and asking around, after more than a year I got in touch with Guna (a band member of ‘Carnival Youth’). She really appreciated my version of the track and put me in touch with Haralds. He was also really excited about my version of the track and luckily was open to record the videoclip together in Latvia.
During the time in Latvia we got to understand that Haralds is truly a beloved man in his country, even a national folk hero. Everyone welcomed us with open arms and because of him we were allowed to film at secret and normally off-limits locations. I can say without a doubt that experiencing this with him at these incredible venues, makes for one of the most beautiful moments of my life. And I’m grateful you can now experience it too 🙏🏻

It's truly heartbreaking to see that so many citizens in Eastern Europe are facing such danger and violence. So, with this release, we don't only want to bring an ode to the beauty of Latvia, but also show our solidarity to everyone affected by the war. @@matidkw1 He had some overweight, but the main problem was with a heart, and on that day blood vessel near aortha broke. He had some problems, but he didnt love to tell about them, only his family knew. Well he died very quickly and doctors said that even if he would go to hospital, it was late to do anything. He just ate brakfast in the morning with his wife and foster daughter, and then it happened. Sad story.

The Voice of Haralds Sīmanis is marvellous, unique and simply made to take you off to a journey. The original Song itself - Ezers (meaning: Lake) - an absolute gem with a only barely containable power underneath it's beautiful, calm surface. And the Doctor comes along, senses this power, and casually drops an equivalent amount of his own power on top without breaking this calm and quiet surface. Then takes the listener and Sīmanis by the hand to take of to a journey through the very soul of Latvia.

Two & a half year ago I was on a trip to the northern cap by motorbike as a socia & drove via Latvia. As a fan of electronic music vibes as well as some good base I also listened to Dr. Peacock's musical trips & enjoyed every landscape I got to witness during the trips. We also stayed overnight at a kind & heartwarming family's place in the heart of Latvia & this song really gives me the vibes back to this time. Like it was my most favorite of this whole journey & Dr. Peacock just like put this all together in this masterpiece for me. It brought me to my tears & my heart was pumping, I mean, there's nothing that could be better than this. Keep this going please! Looking forward to all your upcoming masterpieces!! 💕💕💕

🇱🇻This was truly the best track I've heard from you since 2013 when I started listening to you when you collaborated with Angerfist on Deadfaced Dimension when you made Inframan (To this day still such a banger), ah the good old golden days 😊, this track means a lot to me as well considering I'm technically from Latvia, born and raised there for 10 years then moved to Croatia for family/work reasons... This track is just so emotional that when I first heard it I thought about how beautiful life is and just got lost in my thoughts in the best of ways, and then I came back to this song and cried my ass off, and considering I'm Latvian and my dad actually funny enough used to listen to Haralds Simānis when I was little on cassette and CD and I loved his voice even back then, and know seeing this absolute legend back collaborating with my favorite artist... That thought alone gives me goosebumps and makes me emotional... This track is literally the perfect track for me, and in my opinion production, kick wise it's the best song you have ever made... Once again a song, that breaks genre barriers.
And I realized something very interesting: If you focus on the bass, it gets you fired up but if you focus on the melody, it is almost calming. That is something I usually only experience in Black Metal, so all the respect for making it work in electronic music!

For People who only listening to Pop are those "extreme musics" sadly like Crash or noise (screams) because they only know their boring Radio hits xD. So they don't explore new or different Music .
That's Peacock's Frenchcore. I listen to it when I'm really tired, to relax, but I also listen to it to party hard. It has so much to offer, it's amazing.
