Up to 50Watts. And output voltage is NOT regulated. Output frequensy - all over places. Mostly it depends on load and transformer's inductance.

He didn't get shock because the output is high frequency and low current. At high frequency you don't feel the electricity because it burns your skin. At low frequencies like 50Hz the electricity messes with your nerves and it hurts a lot.

Because it is low current and high frequency.
Since he touched one wire at a time, it's okay since it's not grounded (neutral). But if he touch both wire same time, he will get shock.

you can always touch a single wire of 120V as long as you are not touching the ground earth at the same time. touching two wires simultaneously will definitely electrify you.

no. this inverter generate square wave.
square waves are not good for AC motors because the harmonics present in the wave can burn the motor.
