Unfortunately I don't remember exactly, but I'm sure i used Amplitube 3 with a fender amp --> rotary speaker --> Reverb. If you're using Bias FX2 I've made a preset, just search the tone cloud for "Vietcong". I would guess that the secret ingredient in the original recording is a UniVibe or something similar.
