Mam, my wife is 32 year old.

Mam I hv 8.3×7.6cm fibroid in my uterus and I'm in my 14th week of pregnancy. My doctor told me my fibroid cannot harm my baby but I hv so much pain in my lower abdomen and even in my vaginal area. My doctor prescribed me pain killers but it doesn't do anything to the pain and it get worse at night . Hello doctor,I am 42yrsold, I had uterine fibroid during my second pregnancy, I had c section and at the same time myomectomy was done to remove the fibroids. I had a little dots of bleeding for 1 week post delivery and did not have any bleeding. After 1.5 months I got my first period which was very heavy, everyone told since you did not bleed after delivery it's bleeding now and it is good to flush out all the toxins. After 45 day I got my second period which is very heavy than the first one. Please suggest.
