Yes. It's not really about UI specifically, but rather which skills to learn, what to focus on, what to skip when learning and so on. It's a guide to learning design right now so you won't miss out on AI potentially replacing some of those skills :)

It's more appealing to have a professional designer create and build a startup. The amount of thought and attention to detail can be trusted.
So many AI are just hyped and can't even create a good design on their own without you having to edit and fine-tune the result with a third-party design tool.

Thank you! This AI startup is a true challenge because we are doing 95% of it from a completely different angle than everyone else.
Ours will be very unique in many ways, but it makes it super hard to build. We'll have a demo sometime later this year, but it requires a lot of work to make it more robust. We are on the right track though and excited to leapfrog the rest of the AI tools :)

Hopefully ;-) I find this topic VERY interesting on multiple levels, mostly human-based ones as I think the biggest fear doesn't come from AI itself, but rather the degradation of quality of human work. All can be remedied.
@@MalewiczHype so far I have this impression, this easy to do AI's tools will be for poor people, and to hire a human will be a luxury.
Yes, kind of like templatized design is for people with lower budgets and custom one for those thst have it.

Man GPT has freed up 2 hours of my time in a day by making my research concise to read on confluence. 20 bucks is worth every penny for gpt. It's either a large pizza or GPT. I'll choose GPT anyday 😎
I am in a recruitment process right now and no one is even mentioning AI and these are companies that are really mature in UX…I think it is a really long way before something is going to happen. We might use it as a tool for some tidious and time consuming tasks…but replacing, nahhh
that’s exactly the thing, it will replace some tasks, not people. Especially not the hard working talented ones
I'm doing the UX Google Design course. Am I too early with your courses like this AI one or should I first start somewhere else from your courses? Currently got hurt at work, so I'm trying to stay conservative with cash. Been out for a few months and decided to use this time to learn a new trade. Thank you and I understand if you don't comment since you are very busy.
That mostly depends on where your UI skills are. If you're in the google course, it's likely better to do my "mobile apps ui course 1" before doing the 5th segment of the google course.
And this one is something to do when you have some UI/UX skills (even from courses) already :)

- 1. Is this course will gonna give me the guidance on the current technology like chat GPT for Designersss, mid journey for Designersss? Prompts??
- I would really like to know what is inside a curriculum, what all topics will be covered because of of now it says it improve communication and be ready for future, not helpfull.

Prompts and using current tools will be in the course but not as the main thing. The skills I want to share are mostly outside of AI - and they are skills AI simply won't be good at.

So far I’ve only seen AI support UI and less UX Design. Most of them look pretty generic and I doubt it’s able to actually emphasise with individual customer needs. We’ll see how it’ll develop…
Those AI generated UI's look horrible (seriously). That's why we're taking a different approach.
I believe in the end most of UX work can be done by AI (esp. research and insights) but for now it's going to be interesting to see how it all develops :)
It's next to impossible for AI to replace GREAT ux or ui designers.
If you're a bad ux or bad ui designer, then AI can replace you.
But in both cases it can only get you to a certain level of quality (let's say "mid-level")

I'm sorry to hear that - really tried to make it as cheap as possible, but in a way we are still supported with making free content - as that paid content pays for all the free tutorials, free mini courses, youtube videos, instagram posts etc.
