I've seen them live twice now. A BABYMETAL concert in one of the best live shows you will ever see, trust me. Took two weeks to wipe the smile off my face.
love your BM reactions, can´t wait for more. But when you said "the best live performence" that scrached my German pride! The best live band on this planet is Rammstein. I guess you know that band, because it fits right into your musik taste and they are HUGE, but for the small chance you don´t know them PLEASE react to the following songs, so we can claim the titel of best live band :) Important to note: The lead singer is a licenced pyrotechnican and he shows his craft, and i recommend to read a translation of the song after you watched the vid while reacting, those are quite interesting sometimes (Mein Teil...) 1. Rammstein: Paris - Du Hast (Official Video) (hearing a huge crowd singing in german in paris allways gives me chills) 2. Rammstein - Engel (Live from Madison Square Garden) 3. Rammstein - Mein Teil [Live Hurricane Festival 2013
@@nadal1275 said: "hearing a huge crowd singing in German in Paris allways [sic] gives me chills." It would no doubt give my father, a US veteran of WWII who served in Paris a different sort of chills. But, of course, we are all friends now, right?
Every performance they give is insane. Whether it's a small venue or a massive arena the Babymetal team gives their all every time. They are one of a kind. From top to bottom there is no harder working crew. Nothing but love and admiration for all of them.
The venue is the iconic Nippon Budokan, built as a martial arts arena for the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games. Countless major music stars have performed at Budokan: The Beatles, Deep Purple, Queen, Cheap Trick, Bob Dylan, ABBA, etc. Several of them recorded famous live albums there. It's considered an honour to play at Budokan. Babymetal played two consecutive nights (Red Night/Black Night) there in 2014, a few months before they began their conquest of the west. I think I'm right in saying that they were the youngest artists ever to have played there. They returned for ten shows in 2021 to (belatedly) celebrate the tenth anniversary of the band. Anyway, that's enough infodump. Great reaction! Babymetal is all about generating a strong emotional response. As Su-metal says, "Don't think; feel." It's clear that you did. Cheers!
08:15 That is Kitsune. Kitsune is in japan a fox demon. Babymetal has a lore, the Foxgod give them the mission, to bring Metal to the world. You can see many people in the crowd, make the sign to. Babymetal was many times a guest on Download. and before I forget, If you like this type of live stage, you must check the life stages from PERFUME in Japan, that are multimedia-live-Shows!
Thanks for coming back with more BM songs. Karate is one of their strongest weapon along with _"Road Of Resistance"_ back in 2016 when this song came out, you got the official MV with beautiful visuals and a more clear story about this song meaning. YuiMetal was still there with the group when they used to performed this song, one of the powerful moment you can see with SuMetal improvisation and crowd control is live at Download Festival 2016, go for it whenever you want, we don't get tired of any of their songs. This version is live at Budokan 2021 celebrating their 10 years with 10 live concerts throughout 4 months. The third backup dancer filling the spot is called an "avenger", so YuiMetal isn't here, only SuMetal and MoaMetal. This live concerts was made with stricted measurements due to pandemic, so the crowd couldn't shout, crowd surfing or mosh'sh pit, they were allowed to stomp their feet, clap hands and jumping in their own place. Karate is about fighting no matter the obstacles and to face your personal demons to keep going on, is full of positive message and the music drives you from a heavy groovy nu metal sound into a more emotional and piercing SuMetal vocals that can make you choke up in no time. Thanks for sharing this and keep watching our recommendations. See you next time and kitsune up! 🦊🤘
Please check out Ijime, Dame, Zettai at the Sonisphere 2014 .. they gained a lot of fans from that performance .. also the Headbanger-legend 1997 performance for me is their best crowd interaction to date .. if you want more djenty style rock from Babymetal, please check out Starlight and BxMxC
It is a killer venue. It's the Budokan and was built to host martial arts events for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. It's one of the best places in the world to see a concert and many western artists (Bob Dylan, Blur, RHCP, Ozzy, Clapton, Deep Purple...) have released live albums that were recorded there. The venue is invite-only, and in 2014 when BABYMETAL were first invited to play there for 2 nights, they were the youngest artists to ever do so.
Sorry, but no evidence that the Budokan is invite-only. I imagine that acts in Japan would be respectful of its reputation and only request suitable bookings. Outside Japan, I imaging the venue management would only confirm reputable bookings.
That was Nippon Budokan and you only get invited as an artist to perform there (only the best gets to play there). BABYMETAL did that already in 2014 two nights in a row, then again played BUDOKAN in 2021 for ten (10) nights celebrating their 10 year anniversary.
Babymetal is amazing live! And the crowd is indeed insane! I recommend "Headbanger" (Legends 1997), "Catch Me If You Can" (Legend Doomsday Black Night), and "Rondo of Nightmare" (with Mischiefs of God intro)
@@GOTGames Be aware that the official MV for Karate tends to get blocked quite often, so you might want to play with the video opacity or put a transparent watermark on top
I love how you mentioned the Download festival, because Babymetal have a video of them singing Karate there in 2016, I think. It was absolutely pouring and they were terrified of falling over, but they still put their all into jumping about the stage! Su-metal also addressed the crowd in this song (which she does a lot, but usually during Megitsune) and it's so cool to see
I agree that this is the best live "Karate" performance. Also, it is important to see the official video because many of Babymetal's actions on stage are explained by viewing this.
⚡ 💀 💕 / 👻 👻 👻 Nippon Budokan is a great venue. It was originally built for the Olympic judo competition at the 1964 Summer Olympics. The first Western Rock Band to perform there were the Beatles. BABYMETAL sold out back-to-back nights in March of 2014. They returned in 2021 for ten Budokan concerts during January, February, March and April. Those were their only live concerts in 2021, and their most recent shows. They performed 'Karate' at all ten of those concerts. It's a BABYMETAL classic.
This 1964 Judo Olympic heavy weight championship was won by Anton Geesink from the Netherlands. At the time he lived in the same street as me. Still remember the decorations and the crowd, he got a heroes welcome. Also the Japanese had a grest reverence for Geesink-san. Although he beat their champion. Says something for the sport, as well as the Japanese.
The Babymetal song Shine from the trilogy of light is probably the song that gets me the most emotional. Something about that song is just so powerful and moving to me. There are so many songs by them you need to check out, but Shine should definitely be one of them.
@G.O.T Games IMO the best and most emotional version of "Shine" is at the Legend M 2019 Live, celebrating Moa's 20th birthday. It is only Su and Moa on stage, with Moa playing (on backing track) the guitar. Safe reactor version with logo and lyrics - non-logo version in comment section of linked video - ua-cam.com/video/M6BGL1DsBr0/v-deo.html
Babymetal hitting hard is just a normal day at the office for them ;-) Seriously, they deliver such amazing live performances. And it's all because of their passion to sing and perform live. What you should be showing people is: Babymetal Metrock 2015 (which is something you can't react to UA-cam probably, because... copyright. Other than: 'link&sync', you just tell the viewer when you are going to click the link and then you press play together so they can watch it in a separate window/other device/screen). Some have done live reactions on Twitch. That's a performance which will show you Babymetal doesn't need a fancy stage to blow you away. They can do it at a festival as well, if not better.
One of the amazing thing, alongside the band, singing, and audience interaction, tends to the fact that every song has its own choreography. The amount of time and energy that goes for each one along with the power and energy in every song blows my mind. Enjoy these moments.
It was held at Budokan for their performances last year, This song is about conquering your own demons and you have to watch the music video to get it. Also check out Karate live at Download 2016, it's an amazing performance and crowd participation.
You *REALLY* should watch Baby Metal's "Rondo of Nightmare", specifically the one with the Mischief of the Metal Gods intro! It really highlights the band!
If you noticed that was 2021 concert, fans haven't seen BabyMetal for a year after COVID-19 in 2020. So you can imagine how excited the fans are when they go to the concert. Of course they want to interact with the girls and participate in the show.
Uhm.. actually, they performed at Download and Sonisphere as well. Go check out their song Ijime Dame Zettai at Sonisphere :) I think you're gonna enjoy it
@@GOTGames twice, and there are good live performance you can find: "Karate" at Download 2016 and "Distortion" at Download 2018. Plus they made an appaerance as guests with Dragonforce in 2015, who let them perform "Gimme Chocolate" on stage with them :)
Their 2015 performance with DragonForce was due to DragonForce sneaking the girls onstage during their set because the Download organizers said Babymetal would never perform at Download. After that performance the audience response was so great, the Download organizers not only had to invite Babymetal back for 2016, they then had to move the girls from one of the smaller side stages to the main stage. Metal Resistance prevailed!
70 years old believe me I listen to a lot of music I still have the song Cold Cold heart Hank Williams Sr 1954 I think it was so I've been listening to music for a long time this is the best stuff I've ever heard fantastic girls from Japan unreal I said damn why didn't y'all come along earlier but I'm fixing to put a nice stereo in my truck and I'll get me some CDs
The bassman and the drummer are perfect sincro bass and drumkick The performance is perfect..you got the right (Sorry my english)...when i see 1st time Babymetal broke my mind ,a big explosion jajajajaj We have to listening all kinds of music.... they makes my cry....too....like more bands all of my life So emotional.....its cool!!!!! im a drummer, and i have the music in my hearth. Its insane...and soo beautiful When you are a musician, you can see and feel too many things furthermore you are a simple viewer.
Great reaction. It’s a very emotional song, so you are not alone. One of my favorite live performances by Babymetal. But I have many favorites by Babymetal. I love them so. 🖤🖤♥️♥️🖤🖤 You should watch their sonisphere 2014 performance.
Great & thanks from Japan 有難う💛。You watched this video with tears. Likewise I watched their shows with tears at the venue last year. Especially, when Su hit the high note flawlessly at the end of the beautiful performance with her matured rich voice, everything was soothed. Fans knew Team BABYMETAL had gone through hard time in 2020 and 2021 that were supposed to be glorious years to celebrate their 10th anniversary. This 10 BABYMETAL Budokan concerts in Tokyo were held including the period under the states of emergency caused by COVID. Even many of their fans criticized the Team for taking such risks to hold the big events then. They, however, challenged the situation and took strict and perfect countermeasures against the infection to complete them. The audience, of course, cooperated with the Team and abided by a number of restrictions and accepted inconveniences to protect the events and make their shows ultimately successful. That is our pride as BM fans.
Yes, they are a force! BM crowds are something else! 100% committed fans that know every word, every movement and LIVE it during the performance. I was in Tokyo Dome both nights in 2016. 55,000 each night. Un Be Leavable! 🤟🏻🤟🏻
It's more than crazy... the dancing, the singing, the stage, the lights, everything is perfect... before this video I didn't know it was possible to do such a perfect live performance
One step closer to beeing ready for Babymetal Death Legend 1997. Couple more and you can watch it without losing your mind too much. I always forget that this kind of crowd participation is not normal outside of babymetal. Su can control a british metalfestival crowed with one finger. And thats on "normal" songs, when the crowed goes crazy during some headbanger perfomances you can see grown ass metal heads on their knees bowing. Soo headbanger next? You might not have noticed but in this perfomance it's just two of them...yes their were three but one didn't have a mic and a different hairstyle, that was Momoko-Metal one of the three dancers that joined after Yui-Metal left 2018.
I had to watch this a second time just to be sure I'm with you on this, and yes, the crowd interaction gave me chills as well. BabyMetal defies expectations and blurs the lines in part because of their unyielding commitment to the music. The fans sense that and pay it back by meeting them in the middle. Outstanding. Cheers!
BABYMETAL has many incredible songs and performances, it's hard to say what's the best. Many of their videos will bring tears to your eyes because they are so good! I'm happy you discovered them, not too many lame songs from them. Like I said in one of my previous comments, check out "The One" where they are floating above the crowd in a giant red triangle. Kind of a mellow song but the guitar work and the emotions will get you dude! The song is a tribute to their fans. I know you'll get to it, enjoy your channel!
This is one of my favorite songs from BabyMetal and this is my favorite performance. I do get emotional from this song also the end gets me every time when the pull the fox sign in as a show of protecting it
Rondo of nightmare with the mischief of gods intro… starts with the whole band solos and just focusing on the band playing before su metal comes out and sings halfway through… bc you love the actual band too… this is absolutely one you have to check out !!!!
Dude you literally made me cry, these girls and that band and the stage show is just freaking amazing! I only wish that more metal fans could realize how bad ass SuMetal, MoaMetal, Momoko Metal and that band are! Awesome reaction and keep your Kitsune’s up!🤘🏼🦊🤘🏼🦊
I think they have a song called one for some reason I keep thinking that you might check it out can you imagine this being your teenage years hahaha they had a great time didn't they through metal I think she was 22 or 23 when she quit all of her teenage years she was on the stage jumping and dancing and singing unreal I'm so happy she got to do it we love you SuMetal
Great reaction, loved the look on your face during the intro and how it changed as it continued to be revealed. Staring with the piano, then the drums started, then the guitars, your face kept changing as the song evolved
I've been checking every day waiting for another BABYMETAL reaction! I'm super excited to continue this journey with you. 🤘 Edit: This was from the 2021 shows at Budokan, so you are finally seeing the girls all grown up. Edit 2: Yes, I agree, the Budokan 2021 shows are absolutely phenomenal live performances. Some of the best I've seen. There are BABYMETAL shows that easily surpass this one when it comes to theatrics though, just you wait. 😉 "BABYMETAL Death" at Legend 1997 and "In The Name Of" at Legend S are two of the most insane live performances I've ever seen, and there are multiple other crazy ones.
Wouldn't he need to do Headbanger and Akatsuki (unfinished) from the same Legend 1997 before Death? At least to have a better understanding of what goes on there :)
Dunno if you'll see this given how old this video is, but I may as well give it a shot: One of the reasons why you may have never seen participation like this in another metal group's concept is quite easy to explain - BABYMETAL is, after all, a fusion of metal and Japanese idol pop music. Audience participation in idol music is quite commonplace, and most people seem to forget BM's idol origins.
You need to react to Headbangeerrrr by baby metal in live performance. This song will give you another surprise, band performance, coreography and crown is so amazing
Great reaction could see your emotion stright away to this song . A lot of BabyMetal songs will hit you in the feels they are just that good . Looks by your reaction your in the Foxhole and part of The One 😁 Welcome 🤘🦊🤘❤
Great reaction, thanks! They put a lot of time and effort (and money, for sure) to create those live performances. Sometimes they are referred to as a live act. And this particular performance (or better, five to ten, because this is a compilation) is really awesome.
Great reaction! This song is about keeping on moving, even if thru hard times. To not give up, because you can be your worse enemy. Try and watch the official MV, now that you already know the song. They were younger, sure, but you was still there. Try "Yava", "Brand New Day" or BMC next! 🤘🏻🦊🤘🏻
My first G.O.T. reaction was your first Baby Metal, and it was very entertaining to me. Because you are so interesting to watch, and your response is so real cause your just being yourself which is great and fun to watch. And I too found myself taken in and loved the love being shown the power of rock creating a community of thosands coming together as one. It brought tears to my eyes to see the potencial for change in the heart of so many. I just turned 73 last week.
Sonisphere and Download - funny that Sonisphere 2014 was when Babymetal set their foot in the Metal world, and 2016 Download - under the rain - was their most emotional Karate live yet, you gotta watch Karate Live Download 2016 (just watch personally)
I just came across your show today... you are full of energy my metal friend, and had the same reaction I had to this incredible band; the artistry going into their songs and live performances are top notch and executed to perfection. As an older metal guy (grew on on Metallica/Slayer/Testament/Voivod/Maiden/etc.), this group was super refreshing and still brought the pumping fists into the air. Music is in good hands world-wide - it is so great to hear and see.
OMG Babymetal! I miss them so much and it's been so long since they've released a new song, they have teased us with an upcoming project which made me so excited I just can't wait any longer.. Ugh! I also recommend "Spiritbox" their song "Circle With Me" is so friggin' awesome.
Wonderful as always, brother. As the guys said, the MV is the go-to here. Make sure you pay attention to the "where" as much as the "What" in regard to which songs to react to, they are by no means "equal" once you factor in all the aspects of each performance. Whatever, I could go on forever so I'll just enjoy what you're doing. Take care brother, hope to see more soon!
@@paulbenwell3560 yeah live is almost always the way to go but karate is just fantastic cinematic work and captures some good feels. I prefer the mv for megitsune as well but thats just me. P.s. Luke, I'm gonna double down on my comment that you need to react to the Babymetal guide before you go any further or you're going to miss something. ua-cam.com/video/gDne0xwniTg/v-deo.html
Only watch their live performances. In fact, it’s difficult to find non-live performances from them. Glad you’re here! Check out Ijime Dame Zettai. Arkadia. Akatsuki.
And you are just beginning this experience.... All i gotta tell you is get ready surprised by every single song from them. Welcome to the BM fandom... Now you will lost into the foxhole and there's no turning back once you discovered BabyMetal. Greetings from Mexico mate🤘🤘
My favorite song by Babymetal is the song "Kingslayer" that they did with "Bring me the Horizon". It's a heavy headbanging song...I love it. There's not a video but here's the link to the lyric video so you can listen to it on your own time. The crappy lyric video has 25 million views...that's how good the song is. ua-cam.com/video/fKyXvNkGQKc/v-deo.html
🤘🦊🤘 There's so much more to discover and I'm so excited for you. You're going to love IDZ at Sonisphere and Headbanger at Legend of 1997. And Rondo of Nightmare and and and :p
Great Reaction for a very powerful song by BM. Crowd control and crowd interaction with "call & response" is BM's incredible talent with their on-stage presence and talent and is second to NONE !! Another you should check out is the live version of "Megitsune" from "BABYMETAL - Megitsune Live at Budokan 2021 [SUBTITLED] [HQ]" which is also from the same venue as your Karate reaction. Artist who perform at the Budokan venue in Tokyo, Japan are be INVITE ONLY. BM holds the record for the youngest band to have ever performed at the Budokan. Su was 16 while Yui and Moa were only 14 on the dates of their first Budokan performance in March 2014.
True...Karate is an emotional ride....All BABYMETAL live performances are pretty amazing....Road of Resistance Live in Japan is probably the gold standard....nice reaction....this group is really special
"Karate" is an amazing song. It was the 1st of their songs that I ever saw and the 1st Japanese song lyrics that I can sing the entire song without the track playing. With that being said, your emotional reaction shows that words can impart feelings and meaning, even if they are not in your native tongue. The song talks about fighting your demons (the official video plays that out, as well) and self-reliance. All of their songs have some message to pass to those who listen (sometimes dealing with girl-specific issues and peer pressure , and other times, just letting you know what kind of bubble gum they chew ). The common theme in their repertoire is AMAZING musicianship, SPOT-ON vocals, and LOAD of incredible choreography. At the age of 50, I have been a fan for about 4 years now. Yui-metal was my favorite but the "Avengers" more than make up for her absence. Su-metal has got THEE most incredible voice anyone could ask for in a singer, and Moa-metal is the band's plucky talented backbone (and more, obviously). It's a whole other story with the actual musicians, though. Do some homework on those guys, It's a good mix.
PS, make sure you check out "Black Babymetal"! It's a really cool spinoff that Yui and Moa do on their own while Su rests(?). I suggest Onedari Daisakusen. You'll thank me later.
BTW! The thing you were saying about the audience participation! That is called a fanchant and it's a really big thing with most idols from Japan and Korea (and probably other places too). It's a fun way to participate and not sing over the artist's voices. You can watch fanchant videos on youtube, they are super fun! You'd probs enjoy seeing how synchronized the crowd can be.
Loving the response. The stunned silence is perfect. And yes, they seem to be much better live. It reminds me of how different KISS was live. I don't think you've reacted to PA PA YA... I highly, highly recommend it. Easily my favorite.
Good babymetal song that mixes a LOT of genres is Line! Literally like switching songs every 5 seconds. It's funny and the mv is cute and you should listen to it.
I would highly recommend BxMxC by them. Unfortunately, this song came out after one of the girls left to strike out on her own, but its still really good.
"The band could be their own band"... They actually are! At least the drummer and bassist, the guitarist unfortunately passed away in 2018. They have released their own stuff under the name "Kari Band" (which means Temporary Band) Check out the song Kari Band - Samurai Groove, you can find the video on UA-cam with the name "仮BAND / 侍Groove【Music Video EDIT ver.】", would make a good reaction I bet :)
You have to see their live at Tokyo Dome. 55,000 people. Craziest stage I've seen and absolutely brilliant performances for two nights in a row (Red Night & Black Night).
And you've only scratched the surface of the rabbit hole hahahahahaha. You mentioned that you usually go to English festivals and you specified the Sonisphere... the Sonisphere festival is probably the most important Babymetal concert for Western fans, since it's basically where they became known outside of Asia when they were practically a few here. unknown to metalheads (thus, to the core, to the festival with the most demanding public that doesn't hesitate to make it "very clear" when they don't like something). I leave you the video since it is also one of his great songs and committed against bullying Ijime Dame Zetai: ua-cam.com/video/Ro-_cbfdrYE/v-deo.html
You should react to the bands warm up before the concert. It really show how good they are. 2nd is Su-Metals 18th birthday on stage edit: the hand gesture is the Fox symbol (Kitsune)
Loved the reaction I’m a fan starting in 2013 and I got to see them on there first US tour in 2014. I was even lucky enough to interview them the night of the show. I work for a major news organization and my boss agreed with me once I showed him the girls that this was a great story and I whole heartedly agree. Rock on brother and if you haven’t done it yet Road of Resistance live is one of the most epic live performances you’ll ever see, and if you have seen it you already know that lol
I already saw your video 10 times.. feel the same about this performance.... it seems like we have never seen any show like this before! The music, the band, Su, the crowd, the effects, the sync and interaction for all the elements present in this place. My favourite video by far!
Nice reaction. This was at BM's most recent set of concerts in 2021 at Budokan. That arena has a lot of history for BM and so they chose it to do 10 concerts that were a bit restricted by Covid protocols. Those were also the final concerts before BM were "sealed" and went on a hiatus. They are now sort of back with some teases of new music under a project call "The Other One". Karate is all about fighting against foes both internal and external and the power of friendship to bring you through troubles. It's a great example of how BM can emotionally modulate a performance. They start out heavy and by the end it's more intimate and quiet drawing you in before slamming back into some metal riffs, soaring Su singing and a final quiet conclusion. It's an anthem that makes a lot of people cry.
Dude i have no idea how you haven't heard Babymetal before doing reaction, they performed in all venues in the uk that you mentioned, You definitely hang out with wrong people 😂🤣🤣 But still congratulations, if you feel emotional with Babymetal performance, your life is about to change 😋😂🤘, you should check them performing this song at Download 2016. In my opinion that performance is more emotional than this one.

As great it is for any artist to perform in the Tokyo Dome. Having a chance to perform in a sellout Budokan is so prestigious in Japan.
Sorry, but no evidence that the Budokan is invite-only. I imagine that acts in Japan would be respectful of its reputation and only request suitable bookings. Outside Japan, I imaging the venue management would only confirm reputable bookings.
The Beatles used Budokan as a concert hall for the first time in 1966.
That was Nippon Budokan and you only get invited as an artist to perform there (only the best gets to play there). BABYMETAL did that already in 2014 two nights in a row, then again played BUDOKAN in 2021 for ten (10) nights celebrating their 10 year anniversary.
I'm pretty sure the Budokan is not invite-only. Does not mean that the venue management accepts just any booking.
Babymetal is amazing live! And the crowd is indeed insane! I recommend "Headbanger" (Legends 1997), "Catch Me If You Can" (Legend Doomsday Black Night), and "Rondo of Nightmare" (with Mischiefs of God intro)
exactly what Criss said I second that :D
I'll 3rd that surrgesting 🤘🦊
Headbanger legends 1997 - 100% recommended. Crowd interaction is levels beyond what I thought was possible.
I have only one problem with Babymetal. Once you're into it everything else is so very boring.
@@FeinesFabi i burnt all my other music so i can only listen to BabyMetal 😁🤘
The official video for this song is really good too..some really nice FX and you can get a bit of the actual meaning from the visuals.
Yeah? More than happy to check that out too! 🤘🦊
@@GOTGames Be aware that the official MV for Karate tends to get blocked quite often, so you might want to play with the video opacity or put a transparent watermark on top
I was just about to mention the video.
This may be one of my favorite songs by them! Emotional, great message behind the lyrics, killer choreo and one of the most nasty metal riffs ever!
Such an awesome showcase of them and their talents! Loved it! 🤘🦊
@@GOTGames Their most epic audience reaction is in "HeadBanger Legend of 1997" 20,000 people become part of the song.
LOVE that performance. Tipping down and they brought the fucking house down. Insane.
⚡ 💀 💕 / 👻 👻 👻
Nippon Budokan is a great venue.
These shows were so amazing, I just had to buy the complete edition of Blu-rays. I didn't want to miss a single moment of it! 🤘

I'm amazed by how much you can hear the crowd. Freaking awesome!
Ah the crowd!!! So awesome
Babymetal hitting hard is just a normal day at the office for them ;-)
Seriously, they deliver such amazing live performances.
So true!!!! 🤘❤️
It was held at Budokan for their performances last year, This song is about conquering your own demons and you have to watch the music video to get it. Also check out Karate live at Download 2016, it's an amazing performance and crowd participation.
BABYMETAL and ther crowd is awesome!!! Good reaction!
🤘🤘🤘🤘
If you think this was insane, you should check out megitsune live 🤘🦊❤️
I adore your passionate reaction to all these Babymetal songs! Karate is one of my faves!
You *REALLY* should watch Baby Metal's "Rondo of Nightmare", specifically the one with the Mischief of the Metal Gods intro! It really highlights the band!
You were not alone. I definitely had a shiver up the spine. Sad that Yuimetal left the group, she was my favorite.
Go check out their song Ijime Dame Zettai at Sonisphere :) I think you're gonna enjoy it
And Brixton twice 🤘🦊
They performed at download?? Definitely checking that out
This song live is good🤟🦊🤟
@@GOTGames twice, and there are good live performance you can find: "Karate" at Download 2016 and "Distortion" at Download 2018.
The bassman and the drummer are perfect sincro bass and drumkick

Great reaction. It’s a very emotional song, so you are not alone. One of my favorite live performances by Babymetal. But I have many favorites by Babymetal. I love them so. 🖤🖤♥️♥️🖤🖤
You should watch their sonisphere 2014 performance.
Here's my list in this order.

Headbanger Live 1997

Death legend 1997
Then you can go from there with any Babymetal songs.
Thank you! Will be checking those out as well 🤘
Babymetal will make you emotional, and you haven't even got to their emotional songs or story yet. It's a wild ride!
Suzuka nakomoto is a vocal godess !
Go watch "no rainbow no rain"...
Next reaction babymetal - ijime dame zettai ( live UK 2014 )
I've loved this song for years, but I've never seen a live performance. Those girls are no bullshit!
This is one of my favorite songs from BabyMetal and this is my favorite performance.
I do get emotional from this song also the end gets me every time when the pull the fox sign in as a show of protecting it
The cutest and most badass UNS! ever heard. 🤘🦊🤘

Great reaction, loved the look on your face during the intro and how it changed as it continued to be revealed. Staring with the piano, then the drums started, then the guitars, your face kept changing as the song evolved
I love this song. It's about facing your fears. I listened to it when I was in a MRI machine
I've been checking every day waiting for another BABYMETAL reaction! I'm super excited to continue this journey with you. 🤘
Edit: This was from the 2021 shows at Budokan, so you are finally seeing the girls all grown up.
Edit 2: Yes, I agree, the Budokan 2021 shows are absolutely phenomenal live performances. Some of the best I've seen. There are BABYMETAL shows that easily surpass this one when it comes to theatrics though, just you wait. 😉
"BABYMETAL Death" at Legend 1997 and "In The Name Of" at Legend S are two of the most insane live performances I've ever seen, and there are multiple other crazy ones.
@Nathan-METAL I'm with you, every day I check to see if he does another BABYMETAL reaction😁
Wouldn't he need to do Headbanger and Akatsuki (unfinished) from the same Legend 1997 before Death? At least to have a better understanding of what goes on there :)
Hahahah... me too... everyday, all day, checking "ok, what's the next BABYMETAL song we are reacting too today..."
@@elvesrus Yes, definitely! I myself and many others have been recommending those, so I assume he'll be doing them first.
Dunno if you'll see this given how old this video is, but I may as well give it a shot:
One of the reasons why you may have never seen participation like this in another metal group's concept is quite easy to explain - BABYMETAL is, after all, a fusion of metal and Japanese idol pop music.

Love that message! I have heard the MV is awesome! I will check it out! 🤘
This is the only Baby Metal song that I would recommend the official mv over a live performance! Incredibly well done!! Great Reaction Brother!😊😎🤘
Dude your laugh and enthusiasm always cheers me up! Keep up with the great reaction content!! Lots more BABYMETAL still to do :)
It's not just you. It's actually written into the music and the act deliberately. It's beautiful. :)
Yeah probably the only the The One (as the fandom is known) will tell you check the MV out. Mostly we say go live for their songs.

Even after listening to this since release, I still ended up with a tear on my face
G.O.T. Games wait until you see them live it's an amazing show 👍
But BabyMetal get fans everywhere to do this which is cool as well 🤘🦊
@@martinmetal7481 Oh totally! Babymetal is internationally iconic!
Disk til Dawn and kingslayer! My 2 favorites from baby metal 😊💜
I have seen them live, and they are amazing!!!
They have released their own stuff under the name "Kari Band" (which means Temporary Band)
Check out the song Kari Band - Samurai Groove, you can find the video on UA-cam with the name "仮BAND / 侍Groove【Music Video EDIT ver.】", would make a good reaction I bet :)
You have to see their live at Tokyo Dome. 55,000 people. Craziest stage I've seen and absolutely brilliant performances for two nights in a row (Red Night & Black Night).
You gotta check out "Oh! Majinai" its an awesome twist but I really enjoyed Pa Pa Ya.
I leave you the video since it is also one of his great songs and committed against bullying
Ijime Dame Zetai: ua-cam.com/video/Ro-_cbfdrYE/v-deo.html

Dude i have no idea how you haven't heard Babymetal before doing reaction, they performed in all venues in the uk that you mentioned, You definitely hang out with wrong people 😂🤣🤣
But still congratulations, if you feel emotional with Babymetal performance, your life is about to change 😋😂🤘, you should check them performing this song at Download 2016. In my opinion that performance is more emotional than this one.
