- This was a hard song to cover particularly as I don't own an Ebow! I remember watching the Stoke Row VHS when I was a kid and the Rock Steady performance of this song - the intro by H takes the song to another level and thought I would try and recreate it here. Steve Rothery brings some fantastic musical ideas and approaches to this song aside from the belting solo and the haunting end section. The background media used in this cover is the actual media Marillion use live when they play this song. The media, music, images, and graphics used in the video belong to Marillion and I do not claim any rights over them. Hope you enjoy the cover, happy to answer any questions in the comments.

@@fabianseymour7109 Thank you! Effects are mainly Neural DSP amp sims, reverb, delay and chorus mixed with some Roland JC 120 and Boss DS1 sims. Not sure what tab you’ve bought as I’m not selling anything!
Wow! Fantastic tone and playing mate! Seasons end is one of my favourite albums of all time. I’m just wondering, i have recently bought Emg sa pickups. do you know how rothers sets the SPC mid boost, an EXG frequency expander? Cheers 👍😁
Cheers, glad you enjoyed it! If you Google The Sound that Steve Built, Steve mentions that he only really uses the boost for a bit of a push when using his Marshall’s (at the time). I don’t have the mid boost so I can’t really help on settings etc.
