    Great breakdown, look forward to you ending up on one of those rosters. You’re most definitely a hard-worker and more than skilled enough to play at that level, probably even beyond that level.

      Get on a team or go to Team workouts And trainings as organised basketball is very different from park pick up you’ll get used to it though

    • @andrewgary1780
      @andrewgary1780 2 роки тому +3

      If you don’t have a team or a coach, look up some defense drills first to help you get in better basketball shape. Focus on your technical skills before you try to move too fast, after enough repetition, advance the same skill workouts you’re trying to add to your play style. In the midst of that, continue going to open gyms and get a feel for applying those skills at game speed, with time it’ll all come to you 🙏🏿

    so do you have to be the leading scorer to maket the team?Or do you gave to score a lot to make it?

    • @drillstodreams
      @drillstodreams  2 роки тому +5

      Definitely not ! You could affect the game in so many ways than just scoring and a good scout or coach will still notice you. For example , if your good at just running the team , passing the ball you could get noticed . If you play really good defense you’ll really impress coaches and scouts . Grab alot of rebounds. You can not score a single point sometimes and be the most important piece to your team.
      Goodluck , hope I could help !
