Hello rehana. Camel 'Artist' water colors are good quality but there is no need for so many colors. You can buy 20 ml individual tubes as I suggested in the video. You will get more quantity. using a limited color set will help you to develop color mixing skills better.
Colors you can buy for limited color pallette - Prussian Blue, French Ultramarine, Crimson Lake, yellow ochre, gamboge hue, burnt sienna and sap green.

Agree with the UA-camr. You are better off with a limited palette. The fewer colors the better. All you truly need is a magenta, cyan and yellow. That's it. With those you can get everything from pale skin tones to black. You could also add an umber as well just to tone things down and shadows.
To be clear, the umber is used in conjunction. Not on its own

@@kunaltatawat2006 no Scarlett is a warm red. Crimson is fine. Just don't dilute it too much.

How much sketching skills required for painting? Do we need to outline with pencil 1st?
Because I've seen some artist directly draw or paint outline with brush, not with pencil and they trace their pencil outline. It's necessary to trace pencil outline why directly draw outline on watercolor paper? So please make video on my questions 🙏🏻

Rose madder hue can work in place of crimson lake. Others u need to buy. Panes grey is a good addition to the colors I have mentioned.

Dont buy 24 shades. It's of no use. Just buy few. Work with a limited palette. That will help you learn more about color mixing. Color harmony etc

Can I use cobalt blue hue instead of french ultramarine?
Cobalt is said to be cool toned while french ultramarine is more warmer
