Love this tutorial. You explain very well and love to hear the sewingmachine and you looking in a drawer for beates , so real, as if I’m there with you in your craftroom. Lovely little journals! Thx so much for this tutorial! So helpfull
Awesome! These are perfect for little gifts. When I can't get the thread to go through beads or charms, I just coat the tip with a little glue and twist a little, then it's easier to work with.
Thank you for sharing this tutorial. Simple instructions which I like! I will have to attempt it myself. As simple as you made it, it still came out beautiful.
I realize this isn't a new video but you have just shown me exactly what I've been looking for. As much as I like the large journals. I've felt the need for something less busy. I live in a retirement community and most wouldn't care for the larger ones. I been trying to find a way to simplify the process. Well , you just provided the perfect example. I'm on my way to my workroom. I'll still work on the more detailed ones. Thank you for sharing this well done and informative video. Until next time. 😊
Thank you, Jess. I like this type video where you explain about curling of paper, wrinkles in fabric, and what to do if your fabric won't stick down. My anal self cannot handle if my project doesn't turn out like it should. 😮😂😂 your explaining things like that gives me reassurance all will be well. 🎉🎉🎉 I love that fairy material. 🌞🌞🌞
That’s such great feedback, and I always try and point out those little mishaps because I know the frustration when someone makes something look easy and perfect outcome but that’s not reality. Cuz that def deters me From trying things!
Absolutely gorgeous Jessica and your step by step tutorial is impeccable 😊I will definitely make some for my ladies in my Bible study thank you for a beautiful project share ❤️❤️❤️🤗hugs
Greetings from Tennessee. Oh my, this is such a quick but lovely project. It's 4:09am and I'm ready to begin making one, or two, three or a dozen. Thank you Ms. Jessica.
This is a sweet project. Sometimes I need something easy but useful and great for small gifts. The fabric cover is cool and I haven’t tied it yet. I’ll give it a whirl today! Thank you. ❤️
Thanks Jess I’ve been wanting to create a mini journal for a few people at work. I know how but I haven’t made anything in a while😮 I knew you were going to share out exactly what I needed to see in order to create the perfect little journal. Yay🎉
I just found this little tutorial, so easy and just what I’ve been looking for . Well done tutorial too I must say . Easy to follow . Love it. Cheers from Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺 xxx
Thanks so much for showing the process this way! These are adorable and I’m sure I could figure it out on my own but you made it so much easier! I love this type of mass make journal and can think of so many different uses for them. Another great video!🎉
I’m not too familiar with craft fairs but I’d shoot to keep the Material costs super low so you can keep it under $20. I still think that’s probably under charging a tad but it can be possible if you mass make, get supplies for inexpensive and the main thing is get it down to 30$ so your time is worthy of the price.
Lovely but I have a suggestion you might consider. Put the string for the charm through the top hole instead of having it just hang over the top of the journal. Does this make sense ?
Oh, and after watching your video on the project runway sewing machine , i just bought the same sewing machine off ebay through the goodwill thrift store!
I like these types of videos…my brain understands better when it’s shown as opposed to just telling. Well done Jessica! Beautiful journals.

Lovely mini journal inspiration! Any idea as to where you purchased the open leaf charm that you tied onto the pink rose mini journal?
Very cute mini journal
Thank you for the detailed video. I’m new to junk journaling so size is confusing for me. Since I used to scrapbook many years ago:)

😮love it. So easy
Sweet project! Thanks for showing the process!
Adorable project! You have a new follower. Tyfs
This is such a cute idea. What do you think the suggested price would be for selling them at a craft fair or Bazaar

You need a beading needle.
Thank-you for sharing your amazing talents!
So pretty!!❤
Lovely but I have a suggestion you might consider. Put the string for the charm through the top hole instead of having it just hang over the top of the journal. Does this make sense ?
