Electrophysiology (or EP) is the branch of cardiology that aids the heart’s electrical system. Lovingly noted as the “Electricians of the Heart,” our team of electrophysiologists are experts at dealing with all abnormal heart rhythms. Our team specializes in minimally invasive device implantation so that our patients have a more comfortable healthcare journey. We are proud that our extensive EP program at Staten Island University Hospital has made these procedures more accessible and less taxing for our patients.
