Finally got into Mr. Schenker about a year ago....Just timing really, I'd heard but not listened. Now that I've taken the time to listen, my mind is blown. I bought the first 5 MSG albums and have really enjoyed going through the material. As a guitarist myself, I really dig his style, sound, technique. His work definitely lives up to the legend.
Congratulations jamezdee for discovering the awesome talent of Mr. M. Schenker (Michael's brother Rudy from the Scorps is also an awesome guitarist) I have seen him play way back in the 1970's with UFO. He has had his problems, but when the guy plays live, he absolutely shreds and 'nails it'....

Hell yeah! Those two for sure. Gary Moore, Pat Travers, and Robin Trower come to mind also. An interviewer once asked Jimi Hendrix what it felt like to be the best guitarist in the world. Jimi said he didn’t know, that the interviewer oughta go ask Rory Gallagher

Much on Vinyl and ALL on CD . along with the IMPORTS and Every UFO CD put out .. ( I stopped Collecting like 10 yrs ago ) . .. Schenker is the BEST .. Guitarist of this Kind .. Out there .. I LOVE so many Others also .. Like all of ya Do . But --- Only ONE MSG !!
