This and de-ashibarari and yoko otoshi are my favorite techniques but my favorite seoinage version wasn't in there I prefer to go over the shoulder with my free hand just grabing his sleeve with one hand let my self fall into it, because is fast and you don't even need to go down for this. My trainer showed me this one a few month ago and it became my favorite techique. I also like to do the de ashi barai more like a short kick. Instead of a long slide.
