The only time I had a full blown meltdown was when my flight home from China was the only flight delayed for four hours (after a rainy day, with all other planes leaving), making me and five other people miss our connecting flight by 5 minutes. The whole problem came from the connecting airport in Xi’an and the only option was a flight three days later. Lemme tell you the whole airport became my own personal opera house and my best chinese insults rained down on those unsuspecting mofos. I tell you, only direct flights to your destination in China. Be warned.

I find that the US say the term "excuse me" more often and they dont mean it in a rude way. I remember when I was in the US for a holiday, people would say excuse me whilst attempting to walk past me. As an Australian I wasnt really used to it, I thought it was offensive at first but I understood it wasnt anything towards me, it was a polite way to get through to a place.
