We need to thank the Houston Astros for bringing the country together. No matter what race, religion, or politics, we're in an agreement that the Astros are the most hated sports team in the country.

I am a Dodger fan and hate the fact that we were cheated but I don't think taking the title away is going to do as much as just putting an astericks. @@MrLokojorge the current era will not forgive or forget especially since they have such pompous and arrogant attitudes. At this point, if the Astros don't get their title stripped by MLB then the green light is on for bean balls, retaliation, and possible on-field violence by fans. The Astros in great measure, brought this backlash on to themselves by being defiant and arrogant after the report became public. I detest the Astros, but here's guessing they are already receiving death threats and other obscene messages from idiot fans, wait until they're in the middle of a 10 day road trip and idiots are tweeting them pictures of their wives and kids threatening their safety, that's just uncalled for, but predictable

What I don’t understand is if the union is supposed to represent the interests of its members, the players, and a vast majority or all of the players not in Astros uniforms say these guys should be punished, shouldn’t the union be representing that vast majority interest of its members?
Taking away the trophy, the title and the rings is the perfect punishment for teams to never try something like this again. Severe consequences for cheating is the answer! Not the way this is handled.
