I am not exactly sure about your question, the yes or no question is a binary choice type, but your questionnaire might fall on a profiling type of survey (which means there is no wrong answer) rather than a teacher-made test type of test. But if you insist that this is a teacher-made test, you might as well change your binary choice type of test to a multiple-type test like adding an additional distracter on your choices. What I am trying to say is that your test might not be valid yet so it cannot undergo a reliability test yet.

Kung hindi naiset ang scoring sa google form, hindi lalabas ang score. Make sure that your Google form has key answers and point/s per item.
