Love catching those fish. Super job getting him on the fish. Plus a little nature lesson on the creeks. It's amazing what getting kids out in nature can bring.
That is what fishing is all about right there. Taking kiddos out on the water and letting them just be free and letting them do whatever they want nothing better. Them were some beautiful sunfish you and him was catching that is for sure. Your awesome sir maybe we will get to see him again in one of your awesome creek videos fishing with you again. Sir thanks and appreciate all you do and go through making your awesome videos for us all to enjoy and learn something from. Well till next's time GodBless and Tight Lines.
That’s an awesome way to spend the day at the creek!!! Turtle was pretty cool!! Those longear are absolutely beautiful!!! Awesome seeing the little man getting on them👍. Nice big shiner he got! Good stuff brother 👊
@@ShowMeCreeks the Xbox keeps mine busy in the winter and it's great for streaming UA-cam videos in the summer 👌 you get that boy on a good smallie and he's gonna start catching all your fish off camera like mine do 🤣
@@ShowMeCreeks hahah yes!! I posted this last trip on my facebook..all they would hit is a pumpkinseed baby bull gill..I need to friend you so you can see it..
100 yards downstream I would definitely be using that. They love them down there. Hellgrammite is one of my go too also. This little crawdad will put more fish on the bank. I'd bet on that. Seriously how much do you want to bet? 😆 sorry old gambling habits 😄 🤣 but it is a good one if you're just looking for numbers and not size.
A lot of people call them that. If you Google it you'd see a difference but if they're not side by side it's hard to tell. In these groups I'm in they typically ask where it was caught. So I assume the location makes some what of a determination factor. All I know is they're pretty and fun when the smallies aren't biting.
I have a a male turquoise jewel cichlid male I will be breeding him with a female democrat blue salvini cichlid I will add 3 male firemouths and 1 single male longear

It's almost summer and I plan on getting them out more. Doesn't mean they'll be in my videos often though. I need that fishing time for me 😆
love catching these panfish in creeks like this. definitely nice to see your son enjoying some fishing with you. He'll get addicted soon.
Thanks for checking it out. If I could get him on a smallmouth or two he'd be hooked.

Thank you. I hope to get him o. Some smallies this year but just getting them out is a win for now. 😆
Great Creek Video Bro ! Missouri has the best Longear population. Beautiful little fish.
They are loaded and beautiful around here.
Nice report , brings back a lot of memories ! 👍
Thank you. I like smallies best but these are beautiful and fun if you catch enough.
If long ear got to 5 lbs, they would be my favorite fish to catch! They are super aggressive and so beautiful!
That would be awesome. 😄

It was a good day. I want to get him on a smallie. Thanks for checking it out.
Great looking spot Larry
Thank you Bill. It's a good spot for the kids and these little fish. It was a good day overall. A couple 15 inch smallies could have made it awesome 😄
Nice looking fish, lots of birds in the area too, love the underwater release, be safe and have fun
Thank you. They're a lot of those birds live under a bridge right there.
Little man had a blast
Yeah he did. He wants to act like it was just ok. I'll get him a smallmouth and he'll definitely love that. Thanks for stopping by.
Man I love that little arkie bait
Cool trip! Little man had a blast and had his confidence to grab one by the end! Good stuff Larry
Thanks Greg. If I can get that kid on a good smallie bite that xbox will be sold for fishing gear. 😆 doubt that but one can dream.

Haha I don't doubt that.
Having fun is what it’s all about bro! Looks like a great time!
It was a good time. Thanks again for checking it out.
Dang, every cast!!!! Nice bait!
These little fish are fun and extremely active 😆 great to get kids interested in fishing.
Great video buddy! That water is crystal clear!! Good luck with everything my friend! #1000
Thank you Mark. It is a nice area. Good luck to you also.
Neat soft shell turtle.
It was cool. We let it go even though my daughter wants one. She can get her own. 😆
Man the crayfish bite is heating up, I'm editing a video now with crayfish bite haha. I love all the colors on a red ear
Yeah it is. I live using them too.
Keren sobatku tempat mancingny bagus banget
Thank you.
Those fish are pretty fish. I never target them but enjoy when I catch one. Had one follow a swimbait in this past weekend.
I barely target them. It's fun but smallies are funner.
@@ShowMeCreeks I like to see them all marked up! Both bluegills and smallmouth
You ever use a bullshad or swimbait painted like them?

Mud bugs, and Hellgrammites are my go to for any clear creek.

What do you mean by mud bug?
@@ShowMeCreeks crawdads lol mudbugs, crawdads, same thing haha Also, I bet I could land more with a hellgrammite while you’re using crawdads lol
Haha I seriously doubt that. I think you're underestimating this little crawdad. Haha
@@ShowMeCreeks it’s okay, I wouldn’t wanna embarrass you too bad 😉
I call the ones with bright orange belly’s pumpkinseeds. Longears around here don’t have a colored belly!

My dad calls em pumpkin seeds as well
I use to until the fish police kept correcting me hahaha 😅
Haha first comment!!
Nice man. Just got your order and I'll get it in the mail this morning.
