The cap breaker should either go on 3pt or ball handle. 3pt would unlock the satellite takeover which has the deep bomber takeover skill which can be super fun in mycareer games. Ball handle would also be good getting you great animations like jamal murray and coby white. If you're planning on getting the five cap breakers at starter 3 i would put this one on 3pt and when you eventually get the five cap breakers put 2 on ball handle an the rest of them on something else.
If you get another cap breaker at the end of the season you could put them both on ball handle and get silver ankle assassin and James Harden dribble moves
