It was then reported he got out of his car, walked up to the female's car and shot her before turning the gun on himself.

What I see out while driving is a lot of people who are oblivious to anything outside of their own vehicle-no they don’t intend to make driving mistakes, but it happens. And sometimes very disturbed people get triggered by other’s oblivious attention.
