- Reneilwe Morema reports on how many Africans across the continent are disappointed in South Africans. Many Africans took to social media to express their feelings on the election results, and how they feel like South Africa has regressed back to the Apartheid regime. 30 years into democracy and nothing to show for it. They thought Julius Malema's EFF party was going to come out victorious but instead it performed poorly much to the people's dismay. Are South Africans Colonized beyond redemption?

The DA ( historically White party) has always been a 20% party. It didn’t gain any popularity in these elections either. It received 23% of the votes as usual.

Many people are not aware that South Africans prefer White People. Zimbabwe was the example they feared, the consequences of chasing away white farmers - economic collapse, hyperinflation and a host of other problems. You can't blame them, but my fear is the return of apartheid. I'm from South Africa Tshwane region (Known as Pretoria) and you guys know nothing about Julius Malema and EFF, Malema told people to build shacks anywhere they want, Imagine paying for a bond house and someone just comes and erect a shack next to you. So that they avoid renting, Even illegal foreigners have shacks not paying for utilities (water and electricity).
Problem with you ANC and DA supporters is you spread lies too much. Malema never said build a shack where you want. He said occupy EMPTY land (LAND is not buildings!). If you are landless and the government has refused to redistribute the land or repatriate land as is enshrined in the CONSTITUTION, then occupy land that originally belonged to you or your family. That’s not the same as building shacks anywhere you want.

I am South African myself. I have met many Black people who are passionate about the DA and the Freedom Front. They are even willing to recruit voters for them. Even if you remind them about apartheid, they say a Black government brought poverty and hunger.
Instead of our brothers and sisters sending bad wishes to SA, I request that we all pray for all African politicians to learn to work together for a better Africa. We all know the type of leadership Africa has had over the years.

Then I saw how Zimbabweans were leaving in drove, going to do odd jobs and being maltreated in SA. Then I went back to Zim in 2004, u neede a wheel barrow full of bank notes to buy a loaf of bread. Not sure if things improved later, haven't been on the continent for the last 14 years, but I see also lots of Zimbabweans who left during the fall and never went back.
