They must have changed the recipe, because the waffles were just hella dry after months of being perfect. They tasted great and made the house smell like I cooked a pan of brownies every morning. Lol. Lunch and dinner are bulk cooked and individually portioned. I rotate through the about 7 different meals I'm currently enjoying. Even the food prep containers I use are uniform. Neurodivergent brains are fun. 😂

I used to be 300lbs in 2020 and now under 140lbs. Easily lost the first 50lbs during the first year by eating more healthy food, less snacks and without exercise. For someone Amber's size, she should easily be able to lose the first 100lbs this year just by doing what she's claiming to do which is the bare minimum.

I don’t care, I will admit it, I couldn’t reach to wipe my own rear end after the bathroom. Couldn’t put anything on my own feet if I couldn’t just slide my feet into them. Runners I could only really put on if I didn’t have to tie them. I was also a 6+ injection a day diabetic. Not anymore. Haven’t been a diabetic since 2015. Life is beyond better than I ever thought it would or could be. Truck loads of energy from 5am until very late at night when I go to bed. My energy never stops. Even my youngest, 21year old daughter can’t keep up and is always telling me to slow down lol. Never!

7 ÷ 515 x 100, means you've lost about 1.35% of your bodyweight. If a smaller sized person, say 170 lbs, would lose 1,35% of their bodyweight, they'd have lost 2,3 lbs.

Sure ℹ thought that I was invincible until at the age of 31 I got diagnosed w multiple sclerosis and my health has turned to mush ever since. If I could go back and do things over again I most definitely would. She’s got a little bit of youth on her side but once you hit 35, it’s pretty much over to get your life back in order.
