It’s amazing to see the change in the band over the years, especially in Leigh Nash. She was so shy in their earlier years. On this record, as seen in this video, she has totally emerged as a front singer and is showing so much confidence in her talent, which here is on par with the talent of the rest of the band. Whether or not they liked it, they were a great show band at this point.
The album version has slightly different (and better) lyrics, particularly on the chorus: "I need the Ghost to breathe a northern gale tonight" is much better imagery than "God give me strength to know that you can make things right" (and both basically mean the same thing if you think about it...)
