Oh wow that makes sense! I was surprised that the Soho and the two neutral Tabby’s in the size 20 were included in the sale for one day so it makes sense it was a glitch! 😅 I am glad I was able to scoop those two up while they were on sale!
Don’t allow the creases to bother you, it’s not a big deal. Most leather bags have their own creases and marks, that’s what distinguishes the leather for each bag.
I agree! At first they bothered me but the more I thought about it the more I have come to terms that even with age and me using the bag, the bag will develop its own creases which is inevitable, so I have decided to keep the bag because I love the bag! ❤️ Thank you for watching!
Use a hair dryer on the creases and rub with your fingers to see if that helps with the creases. I love this soho bag, I bought it in 3 colors, denim, brown and black. ❤❤

Macy is in the habit of sending their merchandise in a plastic bag. I’ve had to return many items including a tabby handbag that got damaged because of their packaging.
I know it’s such a shame that they tend to send their bags in plastic wrapping! I try to only buy from them when they have a better sale than other department stores or even Coach itself. Tfw! ❤️

I did get the denim soho and my husband got two of the quilted tabby’s retail just because I also couldn’t wait for them to go on sale (if they even would)! But I agree I am so disappointed with Macys packaging I just like how they usually have more options on sale than other department stores that I have at least noticed! When I went to my Coach retail boutique they told me that none of the Tabby products were included in the sale. Beautiful choices!
