Can't understand half of what is being said 😢.
When I fast and it reaches to a point that I'm weak or I start shaking what do I do?
I’ve tried the 3day water fast and it went well. Day 1 was tricky though cz I felt a bit weak, but I drank too much water after which I was fine. There’s significant benefits to it besides drawing closer to God👐🙌🙏

Sally if you are a beginner you can do fruits water you can take during the day
If it's your first time you can take as much water as possible...
That was my experience on my very first time,, I drunked alot of water, Karibu iishe kwa dispenser YA wenyewe😊😂 but nowadays I can do without it till evening...
