If no added flavors are added to good whiskies. Then how come all the notes fruits, pepper, chocolate etc. is achieved. But in Gin botanicals are added. Please clarify

I have tested
15-20 Scotches,
5-10 Single Matls
almost every IMFL whiskeys
4-5 Vodkas,
4-5 Gins,
liqueur like Baileys, jagermeister, Kaluhas,
& many more.
But I never found any whiskey tasting as good as this one.
If u like drinking on the rocks, This whiskey is only for you.
