The music inside the Deku Tree from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time in a meditative and mystical version. Music composed by Koji Kondo. Image created by httP://deviantart.com/...
First off this song is amazing, but I especially love is how you're able to tell a story with the music, first it starts off with the forest ambient sounds like when Link first enters the Deku Tree, and at first you don't really hear anything but then it starts off gently, like a kid exploring a new area for the first time. They're interested but scared at the same time, and the more Link explores the more comfortable he gets. There is danger but nothing he can't handle, and throughout the entire song it conveys that feeling of wonder but also caution. He continues to go through the tree until he reaches the top and realizes, he hasn't explored all of it just yet. The base roots. (4:10) Link drops down, breaking the web to reveal the bottom, there's more enemies and puzzles he needs to figure out, but thankfully it's not something he still can't handle. But then... he reaches (5:21) the absolute bottom of the Deku Tree's roots. It's dark, it's cold and there's a sense of danger that wasn't there before. And then it finally hits Link (the player) that there's something lurking, and we remember why we're here in the first place. And neither of us find out what it is until we solve the Deku scrub's test (7:00) and open that final door.
Your channel is wonderful! The world needs more serenity, sensitivity, and wonder like this! The percussive elements in this are so original and lovely. You've really added a more "alive" and spiritual feeling. Your unexpected cluster chords at the ending are true bliss. I'm totally in awe!
How the hell does this channel have less than 1000 subs? That's insane! This is some seriously amazing content. Keep up the good work, I'd love to hear some Majora's Mask tracks in the future if you'd be interesting in doing something like that :)
Thanks for these. I love the old N64 Zelda games it brings be back to a sense of childhood wonder mystery and joy in a way few things really can. Just absolute magic. There's nothing quite like it, at least for me.
You've built a great relaxing ambiance, I like that 5:22-5:38 part going a bit weird and sad, remembering something wrong is happening. I like how you tell the story of the dungeons in your covers
oh man, I know I said I wanted the water temple theme, but this is seriously amazing! I completely forgot about this dungeon theme and it is definitely one of my favourites for its ambient atmosphere, and youve made it even better! keep up the good work!
I am very excited about your new renditions. Mostly because it's about ambient style and mostly dungeon themes, which are too often overlooked. Celestial Aeon Project has an very good ambient style for its Zelda remixes (examples: _Gerudo Valley_ and _Deku Palace_ ), but it missed the opportunity to focus on dungeon themes.

I've always loved how organic this song sounds and feels. It's like being in the womb again. Like absolute enclosure and serenity.

That’s some high praise coming from a legendary vgm orchestrator. Love it.
@@MrAquilina420 And I meant it! I've been listening to this almost daily! :) Also, thanks a lot!
I totally agree on the spiritual feeling. It's what I would expect a druid's grove to sound like.
I've always felt this song was an ambient masterpiece and this does it justice. Thank you so much and keep at it!
you took ambience and made it more ambience
😆 underrated comment
*ambient
Ambience is the noun, ambient is the derived adjective.
I needed this after the shadow temple version. That was terrifying!
Bro came out of nowhere and started cooking 3 star Michelin quality content

That threw me off a bit! A little eerie...
I might loop this later to fall asleep to. This is very soothing. Thanks!
I wasn't expecting to hear the deku scrubs. Nice! :D

Ahh, this is magnificent. I wish it were longer; I would have this on for hours to work or enjoy my creative projects. So beautiful!
It's so incredible! I think I could use it in a D&D session (for a dream/magical ambiance)
All these need to be in the live action movie
I use this as a grounding tool. I always feel safe in the arms of the great deku tree, even if its not real.
I get the exact same feeling.
Replay OoT with this soundtrack on the N64 - new experience.
