- In this weeks video, I got my hands on the very popular BMW 330d. I had heard great things about this car as it combines economy with performance and the feedback was not wrong, I was amazed by how good the car performed on the road whilst still being able to return on average 41mpg!
I hope you enjoy the video!
This car is for sale, for full details go to the website below.

Gutted they stopped the red leather on the M140i I love it! A 330d was actually one of thr first BMWs I ever drove too, one thing that stood out for me was the sound. Not like any other diesel I have ever experienced!
Agreed Nick, the sound is awesome considering it's a diesel! Also the red leather is lovely! 👌
I am looking for a E92 and this exact car is up for sale on Auto trader haha Want to move on from 120D, love it but can't stand the 4 cylinder diesel clatter ever since I was spoiled by someone's 530D. Did you go for 140i in the end?
Roshan Panchal I have the M140i myself, videos over on my channel 😉
Got one myself. Amazing car!
Good choice! 😎👌
Indeed a great sleeper car. Have mine chipped so has 298bhp, does 60 in around 5 secs and fuel still pretty good.
With the 30d engine, these (and pretty much all other smaller BMW's) become one of the best all round cars on sale. Wonderful driving experience.
I'm thinking of buying a 330/335d yours is lci version being 2011? What's the difference between 330/335 non lci vs lci? Thanks
@Danny thanks, I went with a 2009 330d pre lci, space grey couple top spec and love it so far!!!!
@Danny I see a black one earlier they clean up very well, his was polished looked great and much more reflective than my grey colour! Just hard to keep black clean, still a good choice tho bud👍
@Danny hopefully will give me some trouble free motoring, for black also recommend, poor boys black hole and their sealant both are effortless to apply and remove 👍
@@dragonclubracing8669 congrats on your 330d! has it been reliable since you've owned it?
@@DanielAdeyemo8455 been good as gold bud. Hasn't needed a thing but a servicing. 👍
Does the car have a good sound system?
I have the full spec m sport and the built in system is pretty good baring no digital radio. My speakers could do with replacing now though as some distortions in the front.
Loud, bassy intro music, but can barely hear you talk. Sort out your levels
Yep, agree I'm trying to sort it out. Thanks for the feedback
M sport at least.
Indeed 👍
Music too loud, your voice was too faint... typical attention span of a youbube viewer is 3 seconds so you need to get straight into it sooner...
Thanks for the feedback! 😊🙏
Great video. How long for the timing chain?
Thanks for the kind words 🙏🏼 it’s usually every 100k miles but can be less depends on the state of the chain guides and if you can hear a clear rattling sounds then might need it before.
C clas or bmw ?
Never been a massive fan of a c class but then again I haven’t spent enough time in them so couldn’t say for sure.
I had a 2010 M Sport 330d coupe in silver. Loved it. Miss it. Wish I'd never sold it. That's how good it was.
I do see the appeal after driving one! Monster torque, lovely engine & decent chassis. I feel your pain! Thanks for taking the time to watch my content and leave a comment! Means a lot 👍
Don't we all miss cars when we finally end up selling them! 🙈
@Danny - I will feel your pain when she finally goes mate ;-))...
@@Joshkemponcars - Certainly one some cars. Not on others. I used to have a '95 Citroen ZX Turbo. Didn't skip a heart beat when that was finally sold.
Though, weirdly enough, I missed an old, and I'm going back 25 to 30 years, MG Metro Turbo when I sold that.
@@thezanzibarbarian5729 love those old metros! 🙌
Didn"t Realise BMW"s had the Indicator Option, only kidding, excellent review, thinking of getting one.
😂 I know right?! Thanks for taking the time to watch my content.
I have the petrol version of this car, it's fantastic. Powerful, fast and refined, it's a great car.
I love the coupe looks much more than the saloon, especially riding on the 19s it gets a lot of attention in my work car park.
Great cars 👍 I'm still a sucker for an E46 though!
@@Joshkemponcars
I had an e46 320i coupe before I got this car, it was my pride and joy but it was time to move onwards and upwards.
Its still in the family though, I gave it to my retired mum and dad. Now we have a 72yr old grey haired man driving around in a BMW coupe, respect!!😁
@@l34052 class haha 😊👍
