You are a Muslim?? So what? Did someone ask you what your Religion was?? Nobody !! So enjoy the music and don't bring Religion and politics around here... Peace!
I know a lot of people say they didn't like this move...but I thought it was wonderful! Especially that ending. This whole scene alone moved me. It reminded me about what Jesus did for us all and when you see it click with Judah...simply beautiful. Really made me think about applying that forgiveness to others in my life.
The Marcellus and Judah relationship was definitely superior here. Forgiveness is a big part of Christianity, which is shown well in this version of the movie.
I wept manly tears when Jesus looked down from his cross at Judah and almost reassured him that things would be alright. He didn’t have to say it. And Judah fell to his knees and dropped the stone he had been carrying . He let go of his hatred and in doing so dropped a weight and freed himself
Saw the film. I love this theme. Flashbacks of Judah looking at crucified Jesus Christ, remembering his brother, then the rain. The film may not be as great as the original, but it is a fine film! Worth watching!
The original was based on the book, while this version of the movie was trying to be its own thing and slightly more realistic to what would have happened back then. Plus, If one makes the movie too 'preachy' it will receive some backlash or vice Versa. So I think they were going for 'Middle of the road' to please everyone. People are just backlashing the film because it's a 'remake' and people are going to compare it to the 'original' when it's trying to be its own thing, Despite it trying to be another adaption of the book.
No, it isn't more realistic to what would have happened back then. It is a shitty remake of a magnificent classic for literally no reason. It even seems to have a political agenda with some weird anti-Roman message.
"By this we know what love is: Jesus laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers." 1 John 3:16. May God bless you, friends.

This movie is a disgrace to the original.
Sherlock Holmes this is a great film, the old one didnt even show jesus
the old one chose not to show jesus and I think they should've kept it that way....
which was done deliberately ;). and it added to the ethereal otherwoldliness of jesus - together with the music.
Which original ?
Beautiful ...magic...
I don't care what people say. I loved this film and it's music and nobody can change my mind about that
It only matters how you feel, what you took away from this film after it spoke to you.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
One of the best movie I have ever seen!

Tamara Judah reconciled with his brother and showed us that love is stronger than hate

Lack the grandiose of the original BenHur theme by Miklos Rosza
Miklos Rosza was a genius
BELTRAMI, YOUR MUSIC IS OUT !!!!
anyone know the name of the music in the first trailer
Benjee Merone for king and country cesfire
The soundtrack is good but the movie is very bad.
Ben Hur 1959 is the best.
Jose Centuriao nope 2016 is the best
ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?😧😧😧😲😲😲

La de 1959 es una joya
#RozsaRules
Disappointing, the 59 ben hur had much better music
This soundtrack is too good for this shit movie.
So pathetic and generic in comparison to ''you now what''.
