It's from Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, the credits theme to be specific. It's called Redemption by Gackt. He made this song for the game, and voices Genesis in the VII Compilation games. He also made a banger final boss song (also for DoC), Longing, that I highly recommend listening to as well!
