Both Tamar and Toni were born without cartilage in their nose which caused breathing problems so she got her nose done to fix it but it hurt so bad that she never got it finished which is why her nose is crooked. Also Tamar was in an abusive marriage back in 2000 and he broke her nose which is why she got it done. Probably was a combination of both
