They been trying for a while no one was interested got bad reviews so they made it 72v still bad reviews so they made a cheap version now they're pushing it to all the UA-camrs. This bike just isn't it.
Rode with a new one yesterday and while I knew it wouldn't compare to a modded Sur Ron, I did expect a bit more power for 72v. Eride Pro SS would still be my choice if buying a bike to not dump $$$ into.
Good review, i think if your a jumper this bike isn't good. That frame design is weak and has only one contact point, definitely seems like a good option for wheelies and street, just not for off road and jumps.
I have the Delfast top 2.0. Not sure they are still in business. Emailed them a bunch of times to order spare parts and still no reply. I even emailed the president or ceo Dan of the company who follows my channel and still no reply. So even of they are selling bikes do you want to deal with a company that will not assist you after your purchase....I use to tell everyone to get a delfast ...sadly I no longer can suggest a Delfast do to the lack of customer service. I am glad I gotta 2.0 I heard a bunch of people having issues with their 3.0's. Good luck..unless you need pedals for legal reasons you should go with the e rider pro ss
it is NOT street legal. But no you do not need a license as long as your riding in on trails and not on public roads. Must cops don’t care if you ride it on roads though
Electric Cycle Rider did a 5 bike test and this finished last. I have a ‘23 Sur Ron and I love it for what it is - the closest bike to a powered long travel MTB. But I rode a Mantis and thought it was great. Bigger, heavier bike but that made it fun in its own way. For three grand - if that’s true - this is a GREAT second bike for yourself and friends.
Sure but the battery's gonna be the limiting factor and I don't see these getting enough interest to have aftermarket batteries built. Or controllers but maybe
Do not buy this!! But the talaria sting r for the same price It has amazing fastace suspension More power Better brakes Better ergonomics And looks wayyyy better And there are more parts if you want to upgrade or fix anything

I had the 4th surron sold in this country 5 years ago and it went 38 stock and no torque. I had to go up 2 teeth in rear sprocket for some torque and my top sspeed went to 34 on a full charge. It wasnt a good bike....

Sting R shipped with tax from Luna is now over 5k. This bike is $3299 shipped no taxes! I just bought a Mantis X. So it’s $1700 LESS than a sting R and it’s a 72v system so upgrades are going to be cheaper. Controller upgrade will completely open up the mantis X. On the sting R you need a controller, battery and sometimes a motor.
