Hi Nishant! This is Ajeeba. I just saw your UA-cam video on how to get a job in canada from India and thanks it was helpful. From that video I got to know that you are Recruiter. Myself I’m a HR in recruitment who is taking care of oil and gas, power, solar, wind and automotive requirements. My husband is already there in Canada (Mississauga). I have an open work permit and My tickets are booked. I will be travelling on March 2024. Could you please help me with any recruitment positions. Thanks in advance!
Hi Ajeeba, Right now I am expusively hiring for financial services roles. But you can send me your resume at nishant.kalia@manpower.com and I will forward it to appropriate teams internally and they may reach out if they have a suitable position

Hi Guys, thanks for making such amazing videos. I am 29 year old(Married) and working as a IT Project Manager in India. I am planning to move to Canada, but haven't started with any of the formalities, It's still a thought. I want to change my work domain from IT PM to Customer Success related roles in India, work for some time and then move to Canada. Would switching work domains affect my chances of getting a job in Canada ? do you recommend doing this ?
Yes it may affect. As most of your experience would be as a PM for which NOC Code would be different than that for the customer success. So during your application you will be confused as to what exact NOC Code should you choose. If Canada is your plan, I would not recommend switching the profession as of now. You can change the profession once you are in canada.
As a person who has worked as a non technical project coordinator for 2 years and a client servicing executive for 1 year in a mainline advertising agency, I plan on coming to Canada for a 2 year Post graduation certificate program in digital marketing. How realistic is it to expect an entry level job right after my course? P.S I don't plan on continuing to work in client servicing/business development/non technical project coordination but, instead get a job on the basis of what is taught in course. Is it advisable to make the move?
If u can speak in English thru out your video, it would be good. Certain important points were mentioned in Hindi, which I couldn’t make out. It could be helpful to many of us. Tq
I have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical branch and 4 years of experience in Manual Testing in Infosys. What would be the better option for me to go with? Hi there, thank you so much for liking the video. Thanks for the details.. Once the Primary candidate gets COPR, then can the secondary candidate cum partner also apply for jobs in Canada (from India) like the primary candidate? Hi, you have great content. Thanks for this but yes, a Canadian style resume video will be a great help. Thanks.. and keep sharing such amazing information. :)
The issue with expecting to be sponsored when applying for a job is that LMIAs are costly for employers, and employers don't like spending money. Employers will typically prefer to hire local candidates who have a Canadian work permit. Why do people have such an aversion to consulting an immigration lawyer while still in their home country coming to Canada with an open work permit? Can someone please clarify this for me, because I keep coming across people who reach out to me on LinkedIn from overseas expecting my employer connections to sponsor them, and I have to say no to them every time because so few employers are willing to sponsor. Any insight on this will be much appreciated!
Thank you so much guys for the video ❤️ it is possible to land a job in a new field in which we do not have experience or switch field and apply as a entry level candidate .
