I have said this in a previous MU2014 SS Competition video that Indonesia really deserved a top 10 spot. After USA, she gave that sultry look that fitted the song. Among the Indonesians who made the semis during that decade, Elvira is the one that really had the potential to move to top 10.
I love Miss Universe with male judges. Just my own preference. I also like the contestants wearing a two-piece bathing suit than a one piece swimsuit because we cannot see how much they have prepared their body physique for Miss Universe. Just an opinion.
