    This recipe makes 2 sandwich. Preparation time: 15 mins, cooking time: 15 mins
    Tips:
    1. Feel free to customise your sandwich according to your taste.
    2. If you prefer you can use brown or multigrain bread for healthier option.
    3. If griller is not available, simply toast it on hot tawa.

    bread slices - 6
    cucumber - 10-12 slices
    tomato - 2, sliced
    onion - 1, sliced
    beetroot - 1, sliced
    boiled potato - 1, sliced
    capsicum - 4-5 slices
    spinach - handful, chopped
    paneer - 2 thick slices
    mustard sauce - 2 tsp
    green chutney - 6 tsp
    butter - 5-6 tsp
    chat masala - 3 tsp
